Sehr schöner Kurtz Urlaub

Preis-Leistung passen nicht für ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren gut. Der Blick vom Balkon zur Meerseite ist besonders erwähnenswert.
Das Angebot im Restaurant war klein und teuer, aber von ordentlicher Qualität.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Viele Dinge wie z.B. lose Kabel, Riss quer durch das Waschbecken, defekte Badezimmertür, defektes Oberlicht an der Balkontür, um nur einige zu nennen, sind in einem schlechten Zustand.

Das Parkhaus ist sehr eng und passt nicht mehr zur Grösse der heutigen Fahrzeuge und ist mit 19,- pro Tag recht teuer. Eine E-Ladestation ist nicht vorhanden.

Das Frühstück war vielseitig, die Produkte allerdings maximal von durchschnittlicher Qualität. Das sehr engagierte Personal hatte Mühe den Ansturm trotz getakteten Frühstückszeiten zu bewältigen. Gar nicht gefallen hat uns in diesem Zusammenhang die zeitliche Einschränkung der Frühstückszeit. Im Urlaub möchte man sich für das Frühstück Zeit lassen.

Nach den Erfahrungen mit dem Zimmer habe wir auf die Benutzung des Freizeitangebotes wie Hallenbad und Gymnastikraum verzichtet.

Der Besuch war ein einmaliges Erlebnis.

Preis Leistung ist Ausbaufähig
Pros:

Ein sehr geräumiges Hotel. Personal war höflich. Es ist sehr cool, dass eine Kegelbahn im 70er-Jahre-Stil und eine Bowlingbahn sowie eine Gaming-Ecke mit Nintendo spielen und mit Packman sowie Billiard-Tischen. Die Pool-Ecke war ganz süß, ein kleiner Wellnessbereich wäre auch cool.

Cons:

Personal nicht Deutschsprachig und zum Teil Verständnisschwierigkeiten. Für den Preis haben wir uns tatsächlich mehr erhofft und erwartet. Das Frühstück war zwar schön zubereitet aber es gab Mini Brötchen. Kaffee hat mehr nach Milch als Kaffee geschmeckt und eher Bauchschmerzen bereitet. Die Säfte sind aus einem Konzentrat und sind keine frischen Säfte. Cocktails sind zu einem utopischen Preis gleiches für das Abendessen, gleiche Getränke findet man in einem normalen Restaurant für vier Euro weniger. Der Fahrradverleih am Hotel ist auch deutlich teurer als direkt am Strand. 13€ für ein normales Fahrrad und am Strand 10€ finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt. In der Theorie ein schönes Hotel aber schade, dass es eher negative Punkte sind.

Ich hatte das Glück ein Zimmer weit weg vom Fahrstuhl zu haben.

Cons:

Preisleistungsverhältnis mangelhaft, Frühstück war eine reine Massenabfertigung, Garagenplätze sehr eng und kosten 19 Euro für 24 Stunden, Kulanz = 0

Das Zimmer hat eine sehr schöne Ausstattung, das Personal jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super vielfältig und jeder findet etwas

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant kam leider kalt an, auf dem Burger haben Sachen gefehlt- die auf der Karte drauf standen. Die Creme Brüllet nicht karamellisiert+ waren die Portionen sehr unterschiedlich. Meine Mutter hatte deutlich weniger, während ich doppelt so viel wie sie hatte. Das Essen selbst sehr fad. Für zwei Getränke+ zwei Burger+ zwei Creme Brüllet 88€ ist meiner Meinung nach zu teuer und nicht gerechtfertigt.
