Venho registrar uma reclamação formal e solicitar providências sobre as condições extremamente inadequadas que encontrei durante minha hospedagem no quarto 910.
Faço questão de começar reconhecendo os pontos positivos: não tenho reclamações a respeito da alimentação ou do atendimento prestado pelos funcionários. Fui bem atendido e considero importante separar o trabalho da equipe dos graves problemas estruturais e sanitários encontrados na acomodação.
Entretanto, as condições do quarto 910 ficaram muito abaixo do padrão esperado de um hotel como o Windsor Excelsior Copacabana — e, na minha avaliação, abaixo das condições mínimas de higiene, conservação e salubridade que devem ser oferecidas a qualquer hóspede.
Os principais problemas foram:
* Forte cheiro de mofo e ambiente carregado, perceptível desde a entrada no quarto;
* Mofo visível nas paredes;
* Sensação evidente de presença de poeira e ácaros;
* Odor desagradável de esgoto retornando constantemente pelo banheiro;
* Coberta extremamente desgastada, com aparência encardida e incompatível com o padrão de higiene esperado;
* Desconforto respiratório e sensorial durante a permanência na acomodação.
O cheiro proveniente do banheiro não foi um episódio isolado. A forte “catinga” de esgoto retornava repetidamente e contaminava o ambiente do quarto, tornando a permanência desagradável e preocupante. Somado ao mofo visível e às condições da roupa de cama, o quarto transmitia uma séria impressão de falta de manutenção, higienização profunda e inspeção adequada antes da liberação para hospedagem.
Tenho rinite alérgica. Portanto, exposição a mofo, ácaros, poeira e odores fortes não representa apenas um incômodo: pode provocar ou agravar sintomas respiratórios, crises alérgicas e mal-estar.
Também sou uma pessoa autista e possuo resistência significativa a mudanças bruscas de ambiente e rotina. Uma troca repentina de quarto.
