Das Haus liegt sehr zentrumsnah, das Zimmer war sehr gräumig, angenehm klimatisiert und eingerichtet. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die zur gleichen Zeit vorgenommenen Renovierungsarbeiten im Gastronomiebereich haben in keiner Weise gestört.
The location was fine, a 10/12 min walk into the old town, but close to the horse show, only 5 min walk. We had booked 2 rooms with terraces and walk in showers, they were nice and large with aircon, mini fridge and safes.
The downside to the terrace was that, though the hotel was nonsmoking, they allowed it on the bedroom terrace with ashtrays on the tables, this meant my room had a smell of smoke in the room when we arrived. They handled it quickly though and put in a device to take out the smell which worked perfectly. The bathrooms though lovely and modern were very small. And only 1 of the rooms had a kettle for tea/coffee.

La atención del personal, al llegar a la habitación tuvimos una incidencia, y que Lucia y Rocio, supieron resolver rápidamente, además de tener el detalle de ofrecernos un cambio a una habitación superior. También destacar la atención del personal que hace el servicio de comedor, súper atentos, hacíamos el desayuno.
Se me olvidó una cosa en la habitación y la pude recuperar gracias a la gestión de recepción

Se ve muy antiguo y desgastado, además de mala insonorización de las habitaciones...edcuchaba todo de las colindantes, lo cual resultó ser muy desagradable...
El chico que nos hizo el check in fue súper agradable y amable. Pese a llegar muy tarde , mucho más de lo que avisamos en un principio vía email, fue súper amable comprensible y atento. Incluso nos ayudó aclarando dudas del aparcamiento exterior. Darle la enhorabuena! Nos sentimos como en casa!
Bien ubicado, funcional y buena relación calidad precio. La cama.
