Family swim times are between 09:00 and 20:00. Last entry is at 19:15. Due to health and safety restrictions adult to child ratios apply in the swimming pool.
A minimum age restriction of 16 years old applies to the use of the Sauna, Steam Room and Spa Bath.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are a good size, comfortable, and have all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. Having an in-house restaurant is very convenient, especially after a busy day.
The hotel has a good-sized swimming pool, and the jacuzzi and steam room are a great bonus for relaxing. There is also a decent-sized gym with everything needed for a workout.
The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I had an issue with a restaurant booking which resulted in an unexpected no-show charge, but the reception team handled the situation very professionally and arranged a refund without any hassle. Their approach and customer service were greatly appreciated.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with good leisure facilities, convenient dining, and excellent service from the reception team.
The décor is a little dated, and the rooms, bathrooms, and showers would benefit from some modernisation. We experienced an issue with the toilet flush, but I must emphasise that the staff responded promptly and had it fixed the same day.
The swimming pool booking system could also be improved. It feels somewhat unnecessary and overcomplicated, especially as the pool never appeared to be overcrowded during our stay. A simpler, more flexible system — or perhaps removing the booking requirement altogether — would make the pool experience much more convenient and enjoyable for guests.

Restaurant a little disappointing as wife is quite a fussy eater and most of the menu was smoked
Breakfast however very good indeed plenty to choose from hot or cold

Restaurant could have a slightly better selection of normal cooked meals not smoked

Room size was fantastic
Just love it there. One thing we didn’t like was that we were unable to have a coffee or tea at the bar in reception when we came back around 11pm

Car parking charge of £13.50 is a shock - never paid this anywhere in the world.
Breakfast was poor. All overcooked and bland. No yoghurt / fruit / nuts option. Machine coffee tasteless. Poor value for money.
Hotel beautiful, room really posh and comfortable bed and bedding, slept really well, breakfast was fantastic buffet style and plentiful. Hotel spotless and reception staff very nice and helpful
Having to pay extra for parking
The room was good and very clean. It was not cleaned my first day but after that it was. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice of food and drink.
The meal we had was a buffet in the Langston suite which on the first evening was not up to standard. The plates were cold, the vegetables were uncooked and the food was warm. This was however rectified the following evening when we had a nice meal. The staff were all very good and listened to the issues we were having.

It was very close to the place that I work. The swimming pool and facilities were quite nice to have.
The parking charge is attorcious. Really should not be having that at all.
Room was outdated. I was given a room at the end of a very very long corridor, which took some time to get to. Bfast was average, with basic items.

The bar prices. £16 for a large glass of average wine is utterly ridiculous.
Lovely stay, staff was lovely, cleaners always said hello when walking past, bed was so comfortable

Environment was pleasant, great restaurant, nice bar area and garden, pleasant pool facilities.
Hot tub was out of use both days, no fridge in the room, no wardrobe apart from some racking in the bathroom, no salad options for breakfast.
