Family swim times are between 09:00 and 20:00. Last entry is at 19:15. Due to health and safety restrictions adult to child ratios apply in the swimming pool.
A minimum age restriction of 16 years old applies to the use of the Sauna, Steam Room and Spa Bath.
To avoid disappointment is advisable to pre-book any dining requirements prior to your stay as the property cannot guarantee there will be availability in the restaurant at check in.

The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough. The restaurant was lovely and would recommend the Texas platter for two!
Restaurant was the best thing about this hotel.
Dirty room with grapes and empty packets on the floor. Mouldy bathroom ceiling. Windows didn’t shut properly which made the room cold and noisy.

The rooms dont feel clean at all!! Carpets all dirty the room could do with a real upgrade. There's a constant van on in the bathroom so no good if your a light sleeper

Quite a tired old property and bedrooms gloomy with poor lighting. Self service breakfast was ok.

Well located close to Motorway to Cardiff . Yet well sound proofed with secure parking .
Staff were exceptional . As when we had a small problem with light bulbs that couldn’t be resolved they offered us a new room and upgrade immediately .
Nice to be able to find food and a bar still open when string after a long journey. Swimming pool a real treat and everywhere was super clean .
Well worth a visit and reasonably priced - in such a different league to local competitors - (HI exp & PI )Will be booking again . Part of the Celtic manor group and easy access to Celtic .
