Celtic manor quality without Celtic manor prices!

Pros:

Very comfy pillows!

Cons:

The shower was very slippery - no mat provided. No water in the room - most hotels provide a bottle of water.
There was a reluctance to give me an itemised account of our spending. From what I could gather the system doesn’t automatically show all spending - it totals it but the receptionist had to search and give four different entries and I then had to add each separate sum in order to check that the account was correct - it was - but what a palaver!! I was keen to check because, last year my daughter stayed there and the hotel tried to charge her for items she had not had - a glitch in the allocation of items which others had charged to their rooms had ended up in my daughter’s bill.
I stay there because it’s convenient. I would never stay from choice

Lovely Stay would stay again
Pros:

Every was lovely the restaurant was nice okay? Value for Money the ambience was nice. Decor was nice. Bedrooms was nice and clean comfortable beds. Swimming pool was nice

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Excellent rooms and very nice dinner in the restaurant you can check in before you arrive and download the key to the room to your apple wallet so queue to check in

Cons:

I would prefer a more convenient car park although it’s not very far, it would be a nuisance if it was wet or you had a lot of luggage.

Pros:

We were offered to pay for an upgrade for our short stay. Room & view was lovely. Luckily we also had night entertainment at the hotel which really added to our stay. In the morning we went for an early morning swim before breakfast. So lovely.

Cons:

Fees for the car park are annoying. Other hotels offer free parking to their residents.
