It was ok. The bar is very cool.
Pros:

The restaurant, the food, the selection of beverages, the staff and even the music was nice so I didn't feel the need to put my earphones.
The gym.

Cons:

Horrible smell of bleach in my room.
Old, very used towels.
Old mattress.

Was OK, but not quite as good as other more modern hotels in the chain.
Pros:

Location good, great car charging, friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Rooms a bit tired, mould and stains on ceiling of bathroom. Shower was long overdue a descaling. Lots of light streaming into room at 5 AM. Neighbours a little noisy with tv.
Mixed grill for evening meal had pitiful sized steak and chop, portions were each about the size of two thumbnails. Egg was not included, had to be charged extra.

Brilliant experience
Pros:

I came on a 7 day gym pass and went for a coffee afterwards-have to mention the staff-Sharon, Keith and Stacey-so friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience - Highly reccomended.
Pros:

Being new to the area this hotel was recommended to me for my elderly parents. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and made the stay to attend their granddaughters wedding an extra special experience. In future I shall be recommending this hotel to all of my visitors.

Cons:

Slight mix up on the booking for the first night - but it was swiftly rectified very professionally by the staff.

recently stayed at this hotel while traveling for work, and it exceeded all expectations—largely thanks to Patrycja. I don't usually bother writing reviews, but feel that she needs to be recognised by management.
​From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth, she was full of joy, wore a permanent big smile, and was always incredibly happy to help with any request, no matter how small. That kind of positive energy is exactly what you need after a long day of travelling.
​The rooms were comfortable, the service was seamless, and the overall atmosphere made working away from home much easier.
​As someone traveling on official business, I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my fellow civil servants looking for a reliable, welcoming, and high-quality place to stay while on duty.
