Great hotel,
Location- very good close to the strip and can walk anywhere
Atmosphere- you have one main pool which gets busy and then the quiet pool where you most of the time will be in the pool alone, very quiet and peaceful
Rooms- we did have a twin room but the lady at reception was so lovely she changed us to a ground floor double room, with a better view also!
Staff- super friendly, can’t fault them! All lovely and helpful.
Food- always plenty to choose from, same with cocktails and spirits
We was all inclusive, they also have a beach bar located down the front and it’s all inclusive so you can enjoy that in the evenings.
Only downfall from this hotel is the lack of entertainment during the day, if they had some aqua gym or some dancers, or even some music around the main pool this would make it a 5*, other than that it’s brilliant, we was very nervous coming here as the reviews are mixed but I recommended this place, if you want more of a chilled quiet holiday!
We will return in the future.

We are staying at Hersonissos Palace for the second time. I first visited this hotel with my mother in September, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided I would definitely come back again — this time with my husband. And here we are!

The hotel continues to offer a wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Dimitris for his warm welcome, kindness, and attentiveness throughout our stay. People like him make guests feel truly valued and are one of the reasons we love returning.

We highly recommend Hersonissos Palace and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Let's start with the positives. Location for nightlife is very good, close to the beach. Friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. Large TV connected to Netflix, Prime Video etc. Water provided in your rooms daily. Know bar on seafront offers the same all inclusive drinks. You can visit once during your stay, you get burgers and chips. The food here is nicer, so well with going. Drinks typical all inclusive. Negatives. Food very average, lacks flavour. However always managed to find something that was okay. . Air con. Limited temperature and air flow very low, even on full fan. Made room quite uncomfortable at times but still okay. Sun beds. Nice beds at main pool but they get taken with towels very early and no one sat on them. Hotel don't do anything about it. Sunbeds on 2nd pool are very worn and uncomfortable. Towels for sunbeds are provided with deposit. Entertainment. They is nothing. No animation team. No activities during the day. No amthopshere. The hotel is dead on an evening, everyone either goes out or goes to bed early. The only entertainment is on a Thursday night. Cretan dancers. Very very poor for a 5***** hotel. Overall the hotel is fine but not 5 *****. It's a 3***. So if you are booking thinking your getting 5 star then please save your money you will be disappointed. But a 3 star you will be happy. We've enjoyed our stay, leaving tomorrow but spent a lot of time outside the hotel which made the holiday more expensive than we were expecting. Hope the review helps.

We have just stayed here. Cannot fault it. Everyone has been very friendly ☺️. It’s a lovely place to stay and we plan to come back again next year. Always clean and tidy.

Stay at hotel was average …. I can understand why reviews on here state it’s a 3* hotel as restaurant, pools and reception areas are very dated. Plus points are rooms have been refurbished and are very comfortable and hotel in perfect central location.

Everything was perfect! Excellent service, great atmosphere, and wonderful hospitality. Special thanks to Dimitris for making our stay so enjoyable!

I am staying at Hersonisos Place, where I received all the information from the reception, the room is spacious, to modern standards, it is cleaned daily and the all inclusive menu includes fresh, tasty products and the hotel staff pays attention to each tourist. The hotel pool is always cleaned, the hotel has a gym, darts, billiards and the beach is 1 minute from the hotel. There is a hotel bar on the beach where you can drink drinks. I recommend it both for the quality of the services and the friendliness and availability of the staff and the hotel manager is willing to help in solving any problem

Location close to the beach. I personally bought a sun umbrella for 10 euros and sat on the sand. Sunbeds are paid 12 euros per day (two people) . Initially we had a room overlooking the side, but it was too noisy above the kitchen. We requested another room and were offered another one overlooking the pool. At the beach bar I met Mihai, a Romanian from Iasi, a kind and dedicated boy! Cleanliness - acceptable, in my view, without upsetting anyone.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the very first moment, we were welcomed by an incredibly friendly and professional staff who always went above and beyond to make our vacation comfortable and enjoyable.
The food deserves special praise – every meal was delicious, varied, and prepared with great care. The drinks were excellent as well, and we especially loved the bars: one located right by the sea and two more inside the hotel, each offering a wonderful atmosphere to relax and unwind.
Our luxury room was absolutely outstanding. The bed linen was perfectly white and spotless, the mattresses were soft and extremely comfortable, and the towels were always fresh and immaculate. Housekeeping maintained exceptional cleanliness every day.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the hotel director, Dimitros. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for every guest create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. It is clear that the entire team is exceptionally well managed under his leadership.
Everything about our stay was simply perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily return again. A heartfelt thank you to Dimitros and the entire team for an unforgettable holiday. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing vacation in Greece!
