Staff were excellent all around; breakfasts were very good; reception staff were helpful and inviting; the room was extremely quiet and roomy although the view was not good for an upgrade; it was clean; it was very professional.

I have to say that everyone at the hotel was friendly, attentive and provided a really good service.
I visited Rome in mid-August. When I first arrived at the hotel from the airport, the staff were so kind and friendly and showed me to my room. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the minibar was complimentary, including Prosecco and beer. I've never stayed at a hotel that offered this perk before. You don't have to worry about hidden charges when enjoying the drinks and snacks.
I booked a "Double Room for Single Use."
The breakfasts were excellent as well. The rooftop restaurant and bar were fantastic, and the spa was wonderful.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights, and the experience was wonderful from beginning to end.
We had both lunch and dinner at Ambrosia, and the food and service were excellent. What really made our stay special, however, was the kindness and care shown to us by the staff. The waiter who took care of us both evenings was wonderful and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
My husband has mobility challenges, and the reception staff went out of their way to make our departure easier by arranging a private car to the airport. That extra care and attention meant so much to us.
It is always the people who make a stay memorable, and everyone we encountered was warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. We are so glad we chose to stay here and would happily return.

We were so very happy with our experience at Hotel Artemide. This was our first trip to Rome, family of 3 and we booked it because we read they had consistent air conditioning. This is true, even in the sweltering heat of August, the air was refreshing…but we were so happy with everything! The location was wonderful for us to walk to most of the highlights we wanted to see. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Our room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The mini bar was included complementary which was such a great perk to come back to some cold drinks after exploring in the blazing heat. Breakfast was included and was so great. There was fresh fruit, eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, desserts, a variety of juices, different coffees and teas. We weren’t expecting this and it ended up being a highlight for the family.
When we come back to Rome we will stay here again!
