Fantastic old world artistic and human!!!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful! Especially Jo - she was special and went to extraordinary lengths to ensure I knew where to visit and what to do. Even spending time to get to know me. Which is something that is missing in this increasingly digital world… We need more human love and kindness.

Cons:

No bed side table in my room. I sleep with a cpap and need a table.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel
Pros:

Hat alles gepasst. Modernes Hotel im Altbau. Sehr schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Schöner, überdachter Innenhof (wird mit anderem Hotel geteilt). Leckeres Café. Frühstück am morgen perfekt.
Parkplatz im eigenen Parkhaus.

Cons:

Abendessen im Hotel war ebenfalls lecker…man brauchte aber leider sehr viel Geduld

Mycket bra frukost. En riktigt fin vistelse.

Hade gärna stannat längre.
Pros:

Fantastiskt fint hotell med bra personal. Centralt och fin utsikt över parken från vårt rum. Vid nästa besök till Umeå kommer vi garanterat tillbaka hit.
