Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms, but others reported hygiene issues (hair on pillowcase, toothpaste marks, unvacuumed floors) and rooms that felt dirty.
Service
9
Generally very positive: many mentions of friendly, helpful staff (specific praise for named employees) and flexible check-in; isolated reports of unfriendly receptionists and poor handling of a late room-availability issue.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised: central, quiet, easy access, close to old town restaurants and motorway; parking nearby and convenient for a stopover.
Room Quality
7
Mixed: some rooms described as spacious and fine, others small with poor beds, noisy or faulty air conditioning, limited storage/unpacking space; bathtub available in some rooms.
Amenities
7
Moderate: breakfast offerings vary in quality; no pool (mentioned as missing), EV charging nearby, underground parking available but often at extra cost.
Value for Money
6.5
Mixed to negative: several guests felt the price (room and especially breakfast) was high for the offering; others found price-performance acceptable for a short stop.
Food and Beverage
7.3
Varied: some guests praised a good, fresh breakfast; others reported sour milk, limited bread/choices and felt breakfast was overpriced.
Overall Experience
8
Overall positive for location and staff, suitable for a stopover; inconsistencies in cleanliness, room comfort and breakfast quality reduce the experience for some guests.
