Very good location and comfortable place , staff was the best and were so helpful, i will come back because of the staff they deserve the best
The place was under rebuild they didnt tell me so the pool was under repair
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Landmark Hotel Amman. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has a classic atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The facilities are well maintained, and the overall environment is welcoming.
I would like to share one important concern regarding the breakfast buffet staff. Unfortunately, their behavior significantly affected the dining experience. They tend to stand very close to guests while they are serving themselves, constantly watching them, which feels uncomfortable and intrusive. In addition, they often talk loudly and laugh among themselves, creating an unprofessional atmosphere during breakfast.
I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback into consideration. A little more professionalism, respect for guests’ personal space, and friendlier interaction would greatly enhance the overall experience.
Despite this issue, I still appreciate the hotel and hope to see this aspect improved in the future.

الغرفه كانت بتكيف سيء و بعد يوم تم نقلنا لغرفه اخرى ايضا التكيف سيء و بعده تم نقلنا لغرفه ثالثه و كان التكيف مقبول
