This hotel is stunning! All was first class, the room ( suite) the restaurant at night, perfect breakfast with continental food! Very friendly staff, the receptionists very professionals and friendly, the waiters at the restaurant so friendly, everything was perfect

Soggiorno davvero deludente soprattutto per il comportamento della reception. Siamo arrivati alle 14.45 stanchissimi del viaggio e la receptionist ci ha fatto attendere 15 minuti fingendo di verificare la camera quando era evidente che non aveva nessuna intenzione di consegnarla prima delle 15. Una volta ottenuta la nostra camera ha cercato di farci aspettare ancora quella dei nostri figli nonostante fosse disponibile.
Solo dopo aver espresso il nostro disappunto ci sono state consegnate anche quelle chiavi.
L'atteggiamento di Mishelle è stato poco cortese e poco professionale incidendo pesantemente sulla nostra valutazione del soggiorno.
Da un hotel di questo livello ci si aspetta un'accoglienza ben diversa e maggior attenzione verso gli ospiti.

As instalações são excelentes. O quarto é amplo, muito confortável e conta com ótimas comodidades. A roupa de cama é de excelente qualidade e a banheira é maravilhosa. A experiência no 'The Level' oferece um ótimo custo-benefício, especialmente pelos serviços e diferenciais exclusivos.
O quarto em que fiquei apresentava, durante a madrugada, um ruído constante que acredito ser proveniente do sistema de climatização. O barulho pode afetar significativamente a experiência de hóspedes com sono mais leve.
