Ich war beruflich unterwegs - es war ok - richtig gut an den heißen Tagen war die Klimatisierung des Zimmers.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist ab Nachmittag nicht besetzt. Wenn man das Hotel verlässt und hat den TürCode vergessen, kommt man nicht mehr ins Hotel hinein.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen - alles wirkt etwas ranzig.

Beim nächsten Besuch in Augsburg gehen wir in ein anderes Hotel
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück gut und vielfältig

Cons:

Fenster undicht, daher Lärm im Zimmer von der Straße. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Abgegriffenes Kopfteil, kaputte Deko, außen nicht einladend und auch nicht gepflegt.
Beim Eingang stand schon gleich ein Eimer auf dem Boden um Wasser von der Decke zu sammeln.
Putzfrau stand morgens um sieben bereits im Zimmer, als wir noch schliefen.
Kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen, für das Geld gibt es bessere Hotels in Augsburg.

Zu wenig Personal sowohl an der Rezeption, bei der Zimmerreinigung als auch im Frühstücksraum. Schimmel im Bad, siehe Bilder. Das ehemalige Quality Hotel hatte ein gutes Preis -Leistung Verhältnis das QU Hotel leider nicht mehr.

Sopi hyvin yhden yön yöpymiseen matkan varrella.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä. Monipuolinen ja rauhallinen tila, jossa sai viettää aamukahvihetken rauhassa. Mahdollisuus olla myös ulkona ja terassin ovi oli auki, mikä mahdollisti sisälläkin kesäisen tunnelman.

Cons:

Hotellihuoneessa oli jonkinlainen ilmastointi, mutta sen toimintakyky ei riittänyt helteisenä kesäyönä viilentämään huonetta riittävästi.

Wir kennen das Hotel seit Jahren.
Es war bekannt für seine außergewöhnliche Frühstücksleistung. Das hat nach dem Besitzerwechsel deutlich abgenommen.
Deshalb schauen wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Augsburg nach Alternativen.

Amazing family room with huge balcony!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Our favourite part was the spacious family room with a huge balcony—it gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families!

Locatie was goed als doorreishotel.
Wij hadden een hele grote kamer. De kinderen sliepen op een zetelbed in de woonkamer en wij hadden een aparte kamer.

Cons:

Het was er heel warm, de weinstube was niet open (wel volgens de openingsuren), de badkamer was niet heel proper.

Нам очень подошло расположение отеля. Ехали с Италии и остались на одну ночь. Номер был просторный и очень чистый.

Cons:

Единственный минус ,при бронировании указано что номер люкс. Но его невозможно назвать люксом.это был обычный семейный номер.мебель была старая и изношенная. Очень Скромно . Но очень чисто!

No nos dieron la clave por sistema por lo que tuvimos que llamar a una persona , no teníamos teléfono de llamadas y no se podía comunicar por teléfono desde el lobby no hay personal cuando logramos hacerlo no fue fácil

Ligging dicht bij autosnelweg.
OK als overnachtingshotel.

Niemand aanwezig bij check-in.
Buitendeur was niet te openen ook niet via code.
Slechte hulp via telefoon.

Con qualche conveniente, per il resto tutto bene

Hotel ben posizionato, tranquillo.
Camera ottimale, bellavista.

Cons:

Servizio igienico: asciugamani predisposto per una persona, ma in realtà abbiamo prenotato per due.
In reception, abbiamo fatto richiesta del secondo asciugamano, ma il servizio non è stato effettuato
