Für unsere Zwecke war der Aufenthalt nicht befriedigend.
Pros:

Die Betten sind bequem und das Zimmer (Apartment mit Küchenzeile) war geräumig. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe zu erreichen und man kommt damit schnell ins Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Apartment mit Küchenzeile gebucht, da wir auf der Durchreise nach Österreich waren und für unser dort gebuchtes Ferienhaus Verpflegung dabei hatten, die wir gern kühlen wollten bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Natürlich wollten wir dann auch die Küchenzeile für die eigene Zubereitung des Frühstücks nutzen. Leider waren in der "Küchenzeile" kein Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte zwar, jedoch war das Gefrierfach defekt, die Tür abgerissen und das ganze Eis war heruntergefallen und bildete eine große Pfütze am Kühlschrankboden. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Apartments eigentlich umgebaut werden sollen und gar nicht mehr mit Küchenzeile angeboten werden sollten.

Stark Renovierungsbedürftig
Pros:

Leider entspricht das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Das zunächst angebotene Zimmer lag zur Südseite, war nicht klimatisiert, roch unangenehm und machte insgesamt einen stark abgewohnten und renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Gerade bei einem Zimmer mit Südseite ist eine fehlende Klimaanlage im Sommer problematisch.

Erst nach meiner Beschwerde wurde mir ein anderes, etwas besseres Zimmer angeboten. Positiv ist daher, dass auf die Beschwerde reagiert wurde. Dennoch bleibt der erste Eindruck enttäuschend.

Bei einem Preis von 95 Euro pro Nacht erwarte ich einen deutlich besseren Zustand und einen zeitgemäßen Standard. Das Hotel ist meiner Meinung nach dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Insgesamt steht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich daher in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis.

L'espace dans la chambre, la qualité du petit déjeuner, la propreté du lieu.

Cons:

La porte close à notre arrivée, devoir téléphoner pour passer la porte et recevoir les codes du boîtier à clefs. Nous n'avons croisé personne.
