Ich konnte keinen Kundenservice feststellen. In Zukunft dann lieber eine andere Unterkunft.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ganz gut. Die Lage sehr zentral in dem Stadteil von Bonn gefiel mir sehr gut. Das Zimmer und die Klimaanlage darin waren gut.

Cons:

Reaktion auf Anfragen und Problemmeldungen. Ich hatte in meinem Zimmer kein funktionierendes WLAN. Ich habe das gleich am Abend der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Der Rezeptionist war dann in meinem Zimmer und konnte sich davon überzeugen, dass das WLAN nicht funktioniert. Er konnte das Problem nicht beheben. Am nächsten Morgen war es immer noch nicht behoben - ich habe noch einmal um Behebung gebeten. Mir wurde versichert, dass man sich kümmert. Am gleichen Abend ging es immer noch nicht. Keine Info darüber ob es repariert wurde oder nicht, oder ob es schlichtweg vergessen wurde.

Ich bin beruflich in dem Hotel gewesen, und habe viel gearbeitet. War dann alles auf meinen Handytarif, weil ich ohne Internet nicht arbeiten kann.

In derselben Woche habe ich beim Hotel angerufen, und um ein Gespräch mit dem zuständigen Verantwortlichen gebeten. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass er sich melden würde. Er hat sich bis heute nicht bei mir gemeldet.

Mein Fazit: Entweder kein Interesse am Kunden oder nicht in der Lage, Kundenanfragen zu priorisieren und zu koordinieren, oder schlichtweg unorganisiert. Alles drei geht für mich nicht.

In Zukunft dann lieber eine andere Unterkunft.

The hotel looks a little tired overall . Clean, but used over the years, We saw a lot of trades people and no tourists. The night staff was uninformed when we checked out early in the morning.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, empfehlenswert
Pros:

Zimmer sehr gut, Betten 1a, Klimaanlage bei Hochsommertemperaturen sehr angenehm. Frühstück schmackhaft und angemessen. Lage in Poppelsdorf günstig zum Schloss und Botanischen Garten.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung, die Klimaanlage effektiv, das WLAN gut, das Frühstück teichhaltig, sogar frisch gepresster Orangensaft war vorhanden, das Personal trotz drückender Hitze in den Arbeitsbereichen sehr freundlich, die Lage gut, die Garage viel besser als erwartet. Insgesamt verstehe ich die teils schlechten Bewertungen nicht.

Cons:

Zur Abwertung geführt hat einzig die extreme Hitze in Lobby un Frühstücksraum in dieser extremen Hitzeperiode
. Die Arbeitsbedingungen für das Personal waren extrem schlecht, und natürlich war das auch für die Gäste ein Problem.

Comfortable, convenient place to stay with good access to city centre
Pros:

Nice room, with comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, which was a must as visited during a heatwave. Good shower. Decent breakfast. Very secure parking underground beneath the hotel, with plenty of spaces available. Bus stop very nearby with regular buses into the city centre, which took about 10-15 mins. Nice surroundings, near to botanical gardens, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

A double bed, but 2 single duvets provided - why not a double duvet? Also no fridge in the room.
