The waiter just forgot to order my dinner, so I waited a bit longer than necessary. I waited fifty minutes just for a burger.
Polish girl on reception was very polite and chatty.

To pay for the car park was & is a cheat. I have stayed here before & never paid extra. I booked for convenience & inclusive car park. Now the value is not good so I will not stay again. There are many other hotels by Luton airport & I would recomend to stay in another hotel.
