The location was amazing and I would stay here again just for that. The room was beautiful too and it was clean enough to feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and always there.
I wish the facilities were open like there was a spa that wasn't working. It could have still been cleaner. A little clothes line to air out damp clothes from rain would've also been nice given Melbourne is usually a bit rainy. The water pressure in the shower needed to be higher and the toilet pressure could've been lower.
Greeted with kindness, amazingly close to flagstaff station and queen vic market, beautiful spa in the room comfy bed and so quiet
Nothing to note
Their rooms have generous space. Also, it is great that they considered "Pillow Menu", you can choose your preferred pillow.
I think they are thoughtful and considerate, coz they even have electric weighing scale in the lobby, so you can weigh your luggage.
They have wide range of breakfast options too. I just hope they have pancake machine. haha But not required, tho.
the rooms were clean and staff very responsive to our needs. I only wish they had a microwave.
Luck of a microwave
Nice room and bed and pillows very comfortable. Great location with a stones throw from Flagstaff train station and trams. 5 minutes walk to Queen Victoria Markets and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Stay included breakfast which was excellent with lots of choice. Staff friendly.
The bathroom was in need of a revamp but having said that it was clean and the shower had good pressure. I understand the hotel is currently renovating the rooms.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was cosy and had everything I needed which helped me enjoy my stay even more! Breakfast was super yummy and I loved that the location was so accessible.

Spacious rooms, effective air conditioning, and a standard European breakfast. Convenient location. We visited in winter;
Location. Near trams and trains. Close to Marvel stadium for the footy.
Room doors make a lot of noise when closing.

All was good
Location is excellent overlooking Flagstaff Gardens and right in the CBD with ample public transport options. Right next to Vic Market. Bed was very comfy and the room was spacious and very clean. Shower pressure very good. Breakfast buffet is pretty decent - nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about. Would definitely stay here again for work.
