A great hotel in a fantastic location. Recommended!
Pros:

Overall, the hotel was excellent, comfortable, and in a wonderful location. The breakfast was very varied and delicious.

The only comment I have is that, for some reason, our bathroom was not stocked with certain amenities, such as a shower cap. We did not mention it during our stay because we assumed this was the hotel's policy, until we noticed that these items were provided in other rooms. It was probably just an oversight.

Apart from this minor issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is comfortable, pleasant, and, as mentioned, in an excellent location.

Love this hotel, stay here every time I come to Oslo
Pros:

The breakfast buffet is amazing, the hotel has a classic elegant style, and every room has blackout curtains for sleeping. It's walkable from the train station and close to lots of places to eat and things to do, and just up the street from the waterfront. The bathrooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet has a lot of gluten free options, even fresh made waffles! I've stayed here 5x and never had any issues, the breakfast is always amazing and the rooms are always dark and quiet.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit on the small side but if you're mostly just there to sleep they are great. The walk from the train station is a bit challenging with rolling luggage because of the cobblestones and streetcar tracks, but it's walkable.

Excellent breakfast; great location; very helpful staff (except for one young lady who sent us to purchase a Pass at a different hotel!) Luckily another lady corrected her when we came back!!

Havaalanından Otele trenle ulaşım çok kolaydı.
Ayrıca istasyondan otele ulaşmak yürüyerek 5 dakika sürdü.
Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi. Ürün çeşitliliği çok iyiydi.
Ekmekleri çok güzeldi.
Temiz ve rahat bir ortamı var.
Yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı.

Bel hôtel idéalement situé mais à l'accueil impersonnel et aux salles de bains mal conçues
Pros:

L'établissement a beaucoup d'allure. L'architecture est magnifique. La cage d'escalier monumentale et le grand ascenseur sont très prestigieux. Il est idéalement situé au coeur d'Oslo. De là on peut rayonner dans tout Oslo à pied ou en transport en commun. Les petits déjeuners sont remarquables et l'hôtel est d'une propreté exemplaire.

Cons:

Pour un établissement de ce standing les salles de bains sont ridiculement petites (même dans les chambres de bonne catégorie). L'unique évier est à peine plus grand que celui des toilettes d'un avion. De même les possibilités de rangements dans les chambres sont insignifiantes. L'accueil est poli mais très impersonnel et dépourvu de toute chaleur. Jamais par exemple on ne vous dira bonjour quand vous passez devant la réception (mais c'est sans doute propre à la culture norvégienne). Malgré 6 nuitées sur place il nous sera demandé d'acquitter un supplément pour retarder le checking out de 90 minutes.
