Cleanliness, professionalism.

Cons:

There was construction noise from early in the morning. The cooling was not enough to keep the room cool. They had mentioned that I could have an ironing board and iron for my room, but they had none available when I checked in. Each room did not have its own iron or ironing board.

Very disappointing stay and room.

I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. They couldn’t move us. The room had a slight odor about it. Maybe the gross carpeting? I had to go to the Apotheke and ask for a steroid inhaler that cost me 70€. I was attending a retreat for this time. The mattress was really uncomfortable as well and I let them know they need a new one in there. The receptionist a guy was unphased by our dilemma .
My friend left her jacket in the restaurant and the next morning asked the guy working at front desk and he didn’t even look in lost and found and just said no we don’t have it. That afternoon we asked another person who retrieved it immediately. 😳
