My wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary and we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food, service and staff were excellent. They gave us a complimentary dessert after hearing of our Anniversary. This was our first time dining at this restaurant. Upon leaving I spoke with Emerson who manages the Valet service at the hotel. I mentioned to him as my car was being retrieved that my wife and I were first timers visiting the hotel and restaurant and that we were celebrating our Anniversary. We live in Glendale. He congratulated me on our Anniversary and he waved the parking fee. This was unexpected and above and beyond exceptional service. I want to recognize Emerson and Hector for their outstanding customer service. My wife and I had worked for Marriott International for over 60 years combined so we know about good customer service. Please recognize Emerson and Hector for their exceptional service. Thank you gentlemen for making our Anniversary that more memorable!!

And I had a lovely lunch overlooking Mother’s beach. Jillian was helpful too. I needed paper and pen for a last minute meeting and she promptly gave it to me. Plus Justin was lovely as our server. I enjoyed my time at the Jamaica Bay Inn and would come back. Thank you!

Came for the Beachside Restaurant & Bar and food was good as I expected but honestly I don’t write reviews but I had to for valet, Emerson, he went above and beyond, was busy but not too busy to greet or offer help, told me of activities to do and where to go. Great guy

I had an incredible stay here. Although I only spent two days due to business travel, I definitely plan to return. The valet team was exceptional, and everyone I encountered, especially Emerson, was incredibly professional.

BEN TRAN is one of two staff members who greeted us upon arrival at 3am with my wife and kids, unloaded the car and prepared the room just like we asked because of our baby boy. The service was truly incredible, fast and friendly. Thank you Ben and Jamaica Bay Inn

Cafe. Brunch till 3pm was brilliant when travelling with teenager. Great view. Very comfortable beds.

A very good location- Marina Del Ray is a nice quiet area of LA to stay in- but also within walking distance of Venice Beach (about 20-30mins walk). The room was huge- and very nicely decorated. Room had good facilities in provided toiletries and also had a safe. A good smart TV also that includes all apps - which you need to sign into your own accounts for to use. Also has a vending machine for snacks - which is usual as there are not that many shops that close by. The hotel also has an attached restaurant- and the food was nice there.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. The entire staff was amazing and really made my stay feel warm and welcome. This hotel is in a great location walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. I was in and out of valet throughout my stay and Darwin and Rogelio took great care of me and always had my car outside ready to go.

I will be returning to this hotel in the future!

L’hotel est idyllique. Très bien placé, le restaurant a une grande terrasse qui donne sur la plage. À 10 minutes à pieds de Venice beach et du Pier c’est rapide pour aller admirer les couchers de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité. C’est un très bel endroit.
