Very grand hotel

$450 and I couldn’t even stream Netflix
Pros:

I liked the pools.

Cons:

I did not like that there were not streaming services on the television in the hotel room; I did not like that there were not enough charging ports in the room (two hidden on an alarm clock); I did not like the questionable stain on the comforter. I did not like that breakfast was not included and I was charge $75 for what would’ve been free/included at a Best Western.

The property was neat and staff was above and beyond helpful

Cons:

The building is kind of old. There was also a confusion as i booked a bigger room and that was not provided to me. The breakfast was super expensive and the food wasn’t so great.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The location was ideal for our business meetings in Ronkonkoma. The breakfast was a good spread. Housekeeping staff was clean and did their best.

Cons:

The hotel furniture was old and jaded. The lifts were very old and did not function properly. We lived on the highest floor and had to walk down the stairs on 2 separate days. The food quality was poor in the restaurant and the staff were indifferent.

Clean & comfortable, with a great shower.

I could not watch CBS or PBS on the TV. I was not happy about that.

Still probably my first choice
Pros:

So far it's the best one I've stayed at on the island

Cons:

Two drinks at the bar $42 is a little excessive. Sometimes the staff are really helpful or really cocky

Disappointing overall. Would avoid in future.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and varied. Housekeeping ladies did a good job in cleaning the rooms daily. Location within Ronkonkoma was convenient for us in relation to our business meeting.

Cons:

The premise, furnishings and fittings were very old. The lifts were ancient and travelled at a snail's space. On one of the days, the algorithm stopped working and the lifts were not coming up to the top floors. The sofas and seatings in the bar / cafe were dirty and stained. The food at the restaurant was quite ordinary and the serving staff un-interested.
