Good but not great
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

No air conditioning or refrigerator in a "premium room". The hotel had a bar but one person ran the front desk and bar plus any other task that needed to be done so getting a drink took a while. Breakfast was worth the money, re commend this.

Pros:

Просила тихий номер , ответили что не могут гарантировать , в итоге дали на улицу а там стройка , рабочие приходят в 7 утра , спать не возможно , если хотите выспаться и отдохнуть вам не сюда !

Superbe séjour en plein coeur de Copenhague
Pros:

Super emplacement en plein coeur de Copenhague donnant ainsi accès à tous les sites à visiter. Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement dans une belle chambre au style danois et très au calme. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

S'il y avait quelque chose à relever, je dirais la salle du petit-déjeuner qui ne bénéficie d'aucune vue puisqu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'exéterieur.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Wir haben uns Räder gemietet, absolut empfehlenswert um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Das Personal ist super nett. Vorallem die Mitarbeiter die sich um das Frühstück kümmern.
Auch hier wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt, das Angebot wurde sehr ansprechend präsentiert und war sehr frisch und lecker.

Perfect location to get to all of the sights!
Pros:

Location is fantastic! Walked to everything out grabbed a bike. Or took the metro. All the sights were so close!

Great location, good rooms, bathrooms can be better
Pros:

Great location, really close to the waterfront, Broens street food and to Nyhavn. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Also appreciated the small fans that were provided for warmer days.

Cons:

The bathrooms don’t have a full glass partition between the bath area and the toilet/basin. Neither is there a shower curtain. So every time you have a shower, the whole bathroom floor gets wet. There is also no ventilation in the bathrooms at all so every surface gets slick with moisture.

Don't stay when it is hot. Double check room size before you book.

The location was excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Terribly hot with no cooling provided apart from a plug in fan. Room was very very small, too small for the price paid.
Could not sleep due to heat. Needed window open with fan constantly going, but then every city noise was magnified.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, very near Nyhavn and close to the metro to get to the airport.

Lime bikes (or alternatives)are everywhere and make it easy to get around the city.

The staff were very friendly and could not have been more accommodating.

Breakfast was very good!

Cons:

Their policy of only cleaning a room if you ask is a little strange, in my opinion, particularly for a 4 night stay.

The room was smaller than I expected and very hot. For the price we paid, I’d (wrongly!) expected air conditioning. The bed was also incredibly soft.

Overall, I’d expected more from the hotel for a 4* and particularly given the price we paid.
