The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a graduation tower, a tepidarium and a caldarium is open to children aged 7 and over. From 17:00 there is a silence zone in the Relaxation Zone and only adults can use it. Admission is additionally payable and amounts to PLN 25/2h for an adult and PLN 15/2h for a child.

Please note that the property accepts pets, the fee is PLN 150/day/for 1 pet (on request, the property provides a bowl, a bed, a current vaccination booklet is required upon check-in).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Ogólnie wszystko super. Wspaniały widok i pyszne jedzenie. Dzieci uwielbiają basen. Dorośli też ;)

Pros:

Maten var utmärkt, både frukost och middag. Stort och bra gym, en inomhuspool som barnen älskade och en utomhuspool med fin utsikt. Lekavdelningen för barn var kul, med undantaget att de hade tv-spel vilket jag tycker är onödigt.

Cons:

Gymmets öppettider. Man kan inte öppna ett hotellgym 8:00. Senast 6:00 så att man hinner träna innan frukost och/eller att familjen vaknar.
TV-spel i barnavdelningen. Det låter kanske präktigt, men utmaningen idag är inte att få barnen att sätta sig framför en skärm, det är att få dem att göra något annat än skärm. De hade haft mycket roligare i klätterställningarna om det inte hela tiden hade lockat fler TV-spel. För mig är detta, tillsammans med de dåliga öppettiderna i gymmet, nästan en deal-breaker eftersom en stor del av behållningen med det här hotellet var det fina barnrummet.

Fint hotell med bra utsikt över bergen, pool och lekyta för barn
Pros:

Maten på hotellet var god, särskilt frukosten men även middagen lite beroende på vilket tema det var på buffén. Poolerna var toppen, fanns både inomhus och utomhus. Väldigt fin utsikt från hotellet som just nu tyvärr förstördes av byggkranar mm men det är ju övergående. Lekrummet för barn var stort och fint.

Cons:

Rummen var små och extrasängen var väldigt obekväm tyvärr. Hotellets läge upplevde vi inte som toppen då det låg långt från alla ställen vi ville besöka och saknade närheten till en matbutik.

Не рекомендую до завершення будівництва. Не вартує таких коштів

Гарні сніданки

Cons:

Помешкання не повідомило що під готелем триває величезне будівництво. О 7 ранку ви прокидаєтесь від звуків вантажних автомобілів та будови. Пил стоїть неймовірний. Враховуючи що готель має красивий басейн на вулиці - знаходитись там неможливо оскільки гучно та брудно. Готель сфотографовано краще ніж він є. Але номери та коридори потребують ремонти.
Не зрозуміло чому досі, враховуючи будівництво яке триває під вікнами «з видом на гори» ці номери і досі дорожчі.

Big resort in the mountains
Pros:

Location is gorgeous , food quality is good , rooms are spacious and staff very friendly

Cons:

Massive construction in front of the hotel , it will be great when it will be done but for time being the view is ruined in a way . Parking situation needs to be sorted .

Ogromne rozczarowanie. Jeszcze nigdy tak bardzo nie przepłaciłem za hotel.
Pros:

Ładny widok z pokoju, dobre śniadanie, zewnętrzny basen z widokiem na Giewont, dobra bawialnia dla dzieci.

Cons:

Od godziny 7:00 rano aż do wieczora trwał nieustanny hałas związany z rozbudową hotelu o nowy kompleks basenów – odgłosy koparek, wiercenia, cięcia szlifierkami i innych prac budowlanych. Mimo zamkniętych okien hałas był wyraźnie słyszalny w pokoju i skutecznie uniemożliwiał odpoczynek.

Balkon nie był wyposażony nawet w podstawowe meble, takie jak krzesła czy stolik, co jest dużym rozczarowaniem w hotelu tej klasy.

Dodatkowym problemem były znajdujące się wewnątrz naszego pokoju zamknięte drzwi łączące pokój z sąsiednim pokojem, w którym zakwaterowana była inna rodzina. Izolacja akustyczna praktycznie nie istniała – było słychać każde słowo rozmów sąsiadów.

Cena blisko 900 zł za noc w takich warunkach jest całkowicie nieadekwatna do jakości pobytu. Gdybym został wcześniej poinformowany o intensywnych pracach budowlanych i związanych z nimi uciążliwościach, z pewnością wybrałbym inny hotel. Czuję się bardzo rozczarowany i nie mogę polecić tego obiektu.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje lokalizacja, śniadanie i basen zewnętrzny. Czystość również na najwyższym, możliwym poziomie. Tak ogólnie, nawet gdybyś pałał nieodpartą ochotą przyczepienia się do czegokolwiek, trudno znaleźć jakieś ewidentne mankamenty. Warto jednak sprawdzić, czy Twój pokój premium deluxe znajduje się po właściwej stronie, bo moment nieuwagi i można się nieco rozczarować widokiem i brakiem balkonu. Przed przyjazdem nie odnotowałem również, że kąpielisko geotermalne na Polanie Szymoszkowej zostało zamknięte i trwa w tym miejscu budowa. Mimo wszystko, jestem bardzo zadowolony i z przyjemnością wrócę do tego hotelu. Polecam.

Doskonała obsługa, Pan z recepcji świetnie przeszkolony i serdeczny. Czystość obiektu- sprzątany perfekcyjnie.
Śniadania- super, bardzo duży wybór, smaczne i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokój ok, klima super działała. Łóżka wygodne, dobrze wygłuszone pomieszczenia- nic z korytarza nie było słychać. Strefa spa- ok, duży wybór saun, grota solna bardzo fajnie przygotowana.

Cons:

Dziurawy chodnik- wiem, że na dole trwają prace remontowe, ale ciut wylać betonem przy okazji można- idzie się na nim potknąć.

Amazing stay in Zakopane!
Pros:

Great location in Zakopane, beautiful scenery and awesome facilities. Especially the gym is simply amazing! Like a professional gym. Also the pools were fantastic.

Cons:

For this price I would have expected that the sauna would be included but you had to pay extra and you could not book this for the entire stay but just for two hours. There was also a sauna near the pool area so I ended up going there. Missed opportunity. Charging the electric car was done in a peculiar manner where I had to decide for how money I wanted to charge it. In the end, I had some kW left but a refund was not possible.
