The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a graduation tower, a tepidarium and a caldarium is open to children aged 7 and over. From 17:00 there is a silence zone in the Relaxation Zone and only adults can use it. Admission is additionally payable and amounts to PLN 25/2h for an adult and PLN 15/2h for a child.

Please note that the property accepts pets, the fee is PLN 150/day/for 1 pet (on request, the property provides a bowl, a bed, a current vaccination booklet is required upon check-in).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Laut, unmöglich, keine 4 Sterne.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war großzügig und es gab für jeden etwas. Es wurde auch schnell aufgefüllt, wenn etwas leer war. Die Lage ist eigentlich wunderbar mit dem Blick auf die Tatra.
Das Angebot für die Kinderbetreuung war super, soweit wir das beurteilen konnten. Es ist schon ein familienfreundliches Hotel bezogen auf das Angebot.
Das Hotel macht vom Einrichtungsstil her einen guten Eindruck. Von außen benötigt es aber eine Sanierung. Leider waren auch einige Möbelstücke beschädigt in der Lobby und das war schade.

Cons:

Die riesige Hotel Baustelle vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel baut dort eine hauseigene Therme, nur startet die Baustelle um 06Uhr morgens und der gebuchte Bergblick wurde durch die Baukräne behindert. Es waren unsere Flitterwochen und leider ein absoluter Reinfall. Länger als 6Uhr schlafen, war nur am Sonntag möglich.
Es gab 2 Sales Meetings während unseres Aufenthalts, welche Abends mehr als ausgelassen gefeiert haben. Es war so laut und die Gäste befanden sich nach 22Uhr draußen ohne Rücksicht auf andere Gäste. Am morgen wurde man in der Lobby mit unzähligen leeren Schnapsflaschen begrüßt und einem Herren, der die Nacht wohl dort verbracht hatte. Dafür dass es ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein soll, war davon leider nichts zu spüren. Nach der 2 Nacht und einem Anruf an der Rezeption wann die Feier denn zu ende sei, kam die Antwort es geht bis 4Uhr früh. Das ist inaktzeptabel. Man kam uns zwar entgegen, aber erholsam war dieser Urlaub leider ganz und gar nicht. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal hin, wenn ich mich erholen will. Und habe mich sehr darüber geärgert, da es auch nicht sehr günstig ist., das Personal mit ein paar Ausnahmen hätte freundlicher sein können und die Flexibilität der Bar und des Restaurants war nicht vorhanden.

Super ale kilka rzeczy do poprawy
Pros:

Piękny hotel, pokoje, basen. Wszystko zachwyca. Jest bardzo wygodnie. Dojscie do Krupówek przyjemne. Śniadanie ma duzy wybor. Napewno jeszcze wroce bo jeden z lepszych hoteli w jakich bylam mimo ze 4 gwiazdki a nie 5. Budowa totalnie nie przeszkadza, wiadomo troche psuje widok ale jest cicho i nic nie slychac z pokoju.
