A comfortable stay, but the overall level of service needs to improve.
Pros:

Excellent room with large comfortable bed and good bathroom. Good garage facilities.

Cons:

Not being able to have dinner at the hotel was a disappointment. Apparently there are 'staff shortages' and dinner was fully booked. That is a feeble excuse for a managerial issue. The bar did not have a barman, there was one on call but not present. There is no room service.

Cons:

Frühstück war minimal und keinesfalls einem 4*-Hotel entsprechend. Bei einem 3-tägigen Aufenthalt wollte man im Voraus die Bestellung der Croissants fürs Frühstück ?? Das war etwas befremdlich. Das Stiegengeländer war locker!! Unter den Kästen im Vorzimmer sammelte sich der Lurch. Die Suite (Nr.210) im 2.Stock war nicht mit dem Lift erreichbar (hätte man uns vorher sagen können). In der Suite waren Balken befestigt, die m.M. nach baubehördlich nicht genehmigt werden! Man musste den Kopf einziehen, damit man sich nicht anstößt. Im Vorgarten wächst Unkraut.
Preis/Leistung für diesen Standard nicht gerechtfertigt.

Staff that care for customers and great room and location
Pros:

Close proximity to city centre. The staff were so helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Assisted with lunch/dinner options and transport. Very cheerful

Pros:

Très bel établissement. La chambre de la première nuit était très bien mais sans ascenseur . Les deux autres nuits au troisième étage avec ascenseur était moins bien . Sombre les stores ne tenaient pas ouvert un manque de lumière naturelle et pas de coin salon . Tout le reste était parfait .
