Wow this was absolutely wonderful. Brilliant service, quiet and fantastic ambience. Food and beverage was excellent.
Very difficult to question. Balance is good.
Breakfast was great and it was lovely to look out over the mountains in the morning. The view was just stunning. The overall property is lovely and we enjoyed the history of the property. Rooms were styled to reflect to historic property but were still beautiful and comfortable. The staff were all exceptional and went out of their way to help with any requests we had.

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne und gemütliche Zimmer. Auch das Bad hat mir sehr gut gefallen, es war ebenfalls sehr geräumig.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Ausblick aus dem Saal genial.
Das Restaurant scheint mir etwas überteuert zu sein, insbesondere die Weinpreise sind nicht zu rechtfertigen.
Ein Uber ist etwas schwer zu bekommen, besser man hat ein eigenes Auto.
Mount Lofty House delivers in terms of location in the Adelaide Hills. Stunning old building and the service is outstanding with all the staff that we dealt with.

Customer service was outstanding. Rooms were amazing. A lot of complimentary inclusions like champagne and hot towel on arrival. The tour was great.
At the evening dinner, the food came out very slow.

A wonderful, well kept property with amazing attention to detail. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lots of wonderful places to sit and relax. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately be back.
Breakfast was fantastic - there was a chia pudding which had really interesting delicious flavourings, and there was a good selection of vegetarian options, with the staff able to adjust the menu on request. Views from the restaurant were gorgeous.
There was a strong smoke and incense type smell filling our room one night. However, the staff were very helpful and moved us into another room.
The breakfast was very good, and as expected the location in the hills was beautiful with great views
The bathroom was a little on the small side but adequate. The shower water overflowed onto the floor. The lavatory seat was ill fitting and loose, and although the staff were incredibly helpful in trying to get it fixed, it needed an experienced plumber who didn't seem to be available.
Amazing weekend getaway, from the moment we stepped out of the car the service and attention we were given was fabulous. The property, facilities were exceptional and the tour of the property was a highlight as was dinner and our stay . The staff were amazing, friendly and accommodating, a special mention for Seth who looked after us during our stay and took us on our tour, he was fantastic. A memorable weekend away.
Christopher and the team were very attentive. We were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. We had an immediate connection with the house and the afternoon history and tour session was a great way to learn about its past.
