Staff very helpful especially the team in the rooftop bar. Rooftop bar food and drinks good.
Pool area very clean and great view from there.

Lovely stay at Vis a Vis in Sestri Levante
Pros:

Lovely hotel, excellent location and amazing views over the town below and beyond.
Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great pool area to relax at the end of the day before enjoying a cocktail at the amazing rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend to anyone exploring the area.

Wir hatten über die Rezeption einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert, als wir ankamen wusste niemand von der Reservierung und uns wurde ein Tisch auf der Terrasse zugeteilt. Nach Reklamation war es plötzlich doch möglich einen Platz im Restaurant zubekommen, das Personal schien wenig motiviert, der Herr an der Rezeption, der reservieren wollte hatte leider auch ein Problem die Klimaanlage in den Griff zu bekommen. Schade, für die Preisklasse verbesserungswürdig
