Preisleistung stimmt total sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Alle mitarbeitenden waren freundlich zuvorkommend die Lage der Unterkunft und auch die Ausstattung waren sehr gut

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage bietet leider nur sehr wenig Stellplätze. Es hängt schon Glück ab, ob man einen Parkplatz bekommt.

Sehr gute Lage zum Theater Am Aegi, super freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und sehr schöner und gemütlicher Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Das Bad ist klein und das WC versteckt sich hinter der Tür und man muss sehr eng um die Tür herum gehen.

Dear Mercure Hotel Hannover City Team,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was very poor due to several issues:

- Bathroom: There were no toiletries or accessories provided in the bathroom.
- Bedroom / Bedding: I had specifically requested a single bed, but was given a double bed instead. Furthermore, there were only two pillows and two cushions (instead of the standard four pillows), which made it very uncomfortable.
- Amenities: There was no iron and no laundry box in the room.
- Cleanliness and View: The room was dusty, and the view from the window was practically nonexistent.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your services.
