Miserable stay facing a wall.
Pros:

Miserable experience in dark room facing a wall. Asked to change and got short shrift as they were ‘very busy’. Am an All Accor gold member, would have expected a bit more hospitality. Or at least a better answer than just ‘no’.

Got given a QR code to give feedback on reception staff which doesn’t work & I suspect as they don’t actually want you to give feedback.

Ideal night away for concert
Pros:

Pros:

Facilities were fantastic and the staff always available to help.....nothing was too much trouble, provided a wheelchair when it was unexpectedly needed. Will definitely stay again.

No air conditioning, avoid during summer unless you are content with a fan

Cons:

This hotel does not have air conditioning. We stayed at a period where the heat wave was incoming. We enquired why the air conditioning was weak in our room. We were told that it was advertised that there was no a/c in the room. We were provided with a fan instead. I rechecked their listing, it just says they provide heating. So, there's your misguided advertising. I would avoid this hotel at all costs during summer.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff who you had to wait for all the time cus they were never on site. Break fast was lovely tha

I was only there for a short sleep but it was not as nice as expected for the price
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and nice, i arrived late for a last minute stay after train delays and was very tired and they did their best to help me be comfortable

Cons:

the cleaning was not very good which is never a good sign, room was very stuffy and i couldn't see how to control it but was noisy with the window open

Very good enjoyed Sheffield.
Cons:

My leather belt went missing from the room and the staff said there was nothing they could do did I want to inform the police, not to helpful.

Exceptional
Pros:

Fantastic hotel very central excellent staff,food was amazing. Rooms very comfortable cleaned daily Fantastic amenities. Would definitely recommend.
