Great location, staff were all lovely and willing to help and the room was in great condition, also great value considering the location and time we stayed.

Disappointing for the expense

The location was very convenient, right in the centre and close to where we needed to be

Cons:

There is no air conditioning throughout the hotel. We were provided with a fan but our room was still too hot. The fridge didn’t work either. We paid a premium price for an executive room because there weren’t other rooms available throughout the city centre (it was graduation week as well as the cycling Grand Prix and although we booked a month in advance it was still too late to book a good deal). The price of this room was excessive for the facilities available. We paid simply for more space, rather than a meaningful upgrade.

OK, served my purpose but expensive, as expected, for a centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Location - good and central.
Breakfast - good and equipment difficulties didn't affect me.
Room - Comfortable,

Cons:

Location - too noisy outside to open my window
Room - shower design especially access was difficult - the door when open barely left enough spave to get in the shower.
