Pros:

Location was good, the hotel was clean, from there on it was bad.

Cons:

The room we were given was connected with another room via a door, although it was looked it let us hear cursing and coughing continuesly. The breakfast was very sparten and wasn't worth the effort. Will not stay there again.

My husband and I are tossing up whether would stay there again

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

We’ve stayed at the Rydges, Bass Hill over a dozen room nights and we feel the service has deteriorated greatly in the last 12 months. We wanted to order room service and we’re told if we want a menu to go to the elevator there will be one hanging up or they will put me through to the kitchen and they will let me what’s on the menu. I’ve never stayed at a place where there wasn’t a compendium or at least a menu in the room. I just found once you got your key to your room that’s it, don’t ask for anything else.
