Hotel is just getting by and needs a revamp and more attention to detail.
Pros:

Location and cost but note I booked through Trivago as cheaper than direct.

Cons:

Cleanliness. My room had last occupants soap in shower, the carpet needed better vacuuming, no shower hats. Bedside lamp inoperative. Batteries in remote were all but dead.

Mohammed from the reception is top he is definitely the star of the staff customer service making everyone happy welcoming and greeting everyone

Cons:

The bathrooms are very old it needs an update on the bathroom and the hotel in general needs an update it’s not as clean and updated as I expected I wouldn’t stay there again if there is a vacancy at one of the newer hotels near by price difference is only $30 I’d rather pay that $30 but stay in a new hotel

staff were approachable and went out of their way to found us a quiet room. Facilities were good and clean but showing signs of wear. Good onsite parking

Never coming back very pricey and extremely inadequate all round for the price they charge

The last minute call in female staff from a different property who had to manage both restaurant and bar simultaneously without any support

Cons:

Breakfast was cold and inedible even arriving as soon as opened. The majority of staff were unhelpful and unapproachable fridge unplugged, cigarette butts littered all over balcony, spa doesn’t work properly. the wifi don’t work and you can’t watch “pay tv” as advertised as no service to watch anything huge disappointment extremely expensive and inadequate for my birthday trip. Would rather spend that money elsewhere where you get what’s advertised at least
