Perfect location, beautiful ocean views and a comfortable, relaxing stay.
Pros:

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted. Our room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Grubby and outdated.
Pros:

Location was great. But the hotel was basically a glorified motel. Average amenities and dirty carpet and bathroom.

Cons:

Bathroom was old and dirty. It had a disgusting shower curtain and rusted rail. The carpet was filthy with stains. The walls had scuff marks and felt very cheaply decorated. Definitely not what we expected for a ‘premium’ hotel chain. I’ve stayed in nicer refurbished motels in the last 18 months.
The spa and pool didn’t look like they had been upgraded since 1996 and the spa wasn’t working on the Sunday at all. The lifts didn’t work on the Sunday and we ended up needing to use the fire stairs. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t stay again.

Would definitely recommend - great location, clean and tidy, lovely staff.
Pros:

Staff were great. Room was great value for money. Fabulous location.

Cons:

Bathroom seemed like it hadn’t been updated with the rest of the room. TV is not overlooking the bed so you can’t watch tv in bed and also doesn’t have Netflix or any apps so not much to watch.
