Regular tirando a mal. No repetiría.
Pros:

Ubicación cerca de autobús que te lleva a Venecia y tiene mucha frecuencia de paso.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación muy bien.
El bar de abajo/al lado muy atentos y bien

Cons:

El hotel malo, nada limpio. La habitación muy pequeña para 4. El baño malísimo, las toallas un día las dejaban, otros no.
Realmente incómodo. El WC de hace un millón de años
La zona llena de gente extraña. Una patrulla de policía casi todo el día...
El personal del hotel ni una palabra.

La comida del desayuno no era muy buena. En recepción me tocó que me atendiera una persona muy amable pero la otra persona era muy seria y no se notaba con muchas ganas de ayudar.

Nice room, breakfast was ok (could be better), very rude receptionist no care for guest experience
Pros:

I liked the room a lot, specially because of the balcony and how confy the bed was. The location was very convenient with a convenience store right next to the hotel, as well as the bus stops.

Cons:

Honestly I did not like the Receptionist attitude. At check-in he seemed very kind, but when we called from the room to ask where we could find shampoo, we replied rudely that it was in the bathroom. There was only one blue liquid container in the shower, nothing else. So we called again asking where we could find Conditioner or body wash, which the receptionist rudely replied "Sir, I already told you! It's in the bathroom!". Apparently, this blue liquid must be a 3 in 1 or something, but how is a guest supposed to know? Also, I called Reception in the morning of check out to inform them the A/C was not working, the room was super warm and we were packing to check out, which made it very hard while sweating and arranging our bags, which the receptionist replied "But you know you're supposed to check out in 30 minutes right?", not only I felt pressured to check out "in time" as I felt he did not care at all about the guest experience. I was informing him the A/C was not working to avoid a complaint from a future guest, however it made me realise that the hotel probably turns off their A/C on purpose at time of check-out, to make the guests leave the room earlier so it's vacant quicker. Such a sad amount of events with this receptionist that caused negative impact on our stay and experience in Venice. Also when I asked over the phone for the wi-fi password and he almost yelled at me that it was attached to our room key, like okay I understand I could have checked but there is no need to be so rude to a guest.
I work as a Hotel Manager in Hospitality and would never tolerate having a person like this on my team treating guests so wrongly. But well, this is only my opinion based on my experience.

Three days break in a good location and decent hotel
Pros:

Location is the best, size of the room was just right for a family room, balcony added a touch to the room, the hotel was clean, we got free WIFI which is amazing as it was free, the cleaners were on point and did a good job.

Cons:

Breakfast was just not right, the room had no fridge or kettle, which is the first I have ever experienced and there was no bar, even though the was one next door but I just wanted to stay in the hotel. I did not feel that the location of keeping your suitcase when you checked out was safe
