La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente ottima, nel centro di Mestre

Cons:

Siamo state a Venezia per trascorrere il weekend tra amiche. Dopo aver cercato a lungo, ho scelto questo hotel perché tra i servizi era indicata la presenza dell'aria condizionata. In estate in Italia fa un caldo insopportabile e, per me, avere l'aria condizionata è indispensabile: senza non riesco né a dormire né a respirare bene.
Purtroppo l'aria condizionata funzionava a malapena. In camera faceva un caldo terribile, quasi soffocante. Sono scesa alla reception per chiedere spiegazioni e mi è stato detto che quel giorno c'era un problema con gli impianti di aria condizionata. Mi dispiace, ma delle semplici scuse non compensano il fatto di aver pagato una cifra importante mentre fuori c'erano 45°C.
Mi hanno portato un ventilatore come soluzione, ma era in pessime condizioni, sporchissimo, pieno di polvere, con la testa rotta che girava continuamente senza potersi bloccare. Ho dovuto persino pulirlo da sola, ma era comunque inutilizzabile.
Anche la pulizia della camera non mi ha convinta. Non era disgustosamente sporca, ma certamente non si poteva definire impeccabile. Inoltre mancavano completamente servizi che mi aspetterei da un hotel a tre stelle: niente pantofole usa e getta, niente shampoo o balsamo monodose, niente accappatoio e nemmeno un piccolo frigorifero per tenere dell'acqua fresca. Con quel caldo sarebbe stato davvero il minimo.
Onestamente non capisco come questo possa essere considerato un hotel a tre stelle. Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla mia esperienza e purtroppo non ci tornerei mai più.

Located 1 km from the railway and bus-stations in Mestre. A supermarket shop is just at the corner.

Läget, låg bra till centrum.

Cons:

Fick flertalet strömavbrott på rummet. Inte något städat rum eller badrum. Ena personalen i receptionen var riktigt otrevlig, de övriga 2 vi träffade var fenomenala däremot.
Ac:n fungerade inte heller som den skulle.

Evitatelo quando fa caldo, oppure portatevi un condizionatore da casa.
Pros:

Personale gentile e preciso, camera ampia, colazione fornita e varia e molto buona, posizione top al centro di Mestre e servita da bus per Venezia o stazione FS a 1km.

Cons:

40 gradi e aria condizionata al minimo di notte, spenta di giorno, nel 2026 non è ammissibile. Pulizia scarsa molto scarsa.
