Pros:

Very nice staff delicious breakfast the only problem is having to pay the bridge

Cons:

The property does not reflect what is described and shown on Booking.com. There are strong smells of cigarette smoke and mold. I have a child with asthma, and he cannot sleep in a place with such strong odors. We were moved to a different room, but unfortunately, there is still a very strong smell.

Hesitant to return
Pros:

Bathroom had mold causing my asthma to act up.
Even though the room is smoke-free, I walked in smelling smoke. People outside my room were loud as I slept. A man’s voice woke me up (it was around 11pm). I heard him ask whose white car was parked there (it was my car)… Of course, I didn’t get up to answer him.

Cons:

Mold in bathroom - I notified the receptionist upon check-out
Previous person in the room had smoked in it.

Would not stay again for an abundance of reasons and no refund policy.
Pros:

Foyer was lovely and had tropical vibe. We arrived early - the cleaning staff was lovely. Close to sleepy hollow and local restaurants.

Cons:

We arrived early and front desk did not great is warmly. Said no way we could check in early early come back later.
He was pleasant when we came back. Safety was a concern because someone watched us walk to our first floor room. There were there sitting near the bridge then walked down scanning the parking lot as we entered our room. We only stayed an hour due to a family issue. Door was stuck, room smelled like mildew and there were stains on the walls. We politely asked for a refund and were told to call booking.com. Booking told us to call the hotel. It’s a loss and we would not recommend.

Tired from driving so we tolerated the one night stay and thankfully the beds were ok that I slept fine.
Pros:

Location was ok
They cleaned the rooms
Provided an ok breakfast

Cons:

It really needs to be updated. The place is falling apart. Even though they cleaned the room it’s never going to seem like it when the carpets, bedding, bathroom etc need overhaul big time
Dim lighting too
