Good value for what we wanted

The breakfast was shocking very basic and no hash browns because fryer broke and other stuff was missing because of that and I ask don't you have a cooker by any chance .that was that
And I ate bread with mold on it

And the rooms would be nice to have a little fridge in it

Tinha uma funcionária na parte da tarde/noite loira um pouco mais velha que tratava mal os hospedes, fez comigo e com um pessoal pelo que eu vi, na area do balcão do restaurante onde serve café da manhã, o restante dos funcionários são ótimos e gentis, mas essa deveria ser desligada da empresa.

Indifferent stay
Pros:

When problems were highlighted, staff did react quickly to them.

Room was very comfortable, bathroom was well kept, sufficient towels for the two people staying and good choice of TV channels.

Cons:

1 - Google map location sent us over a mile away.
2 - When first in room air conditioning didn't work.
3 - Reported it to reception and came back to find the carpet was went.
4 - Reported this to reception and told us they'd had a problem and had only just put the room back into service but did move us to a more suitable room.
5 - Went to the restaurant for dinner and told the choices of food were restricted because of the football and the high number of customers staying
6 - Breakfast was a bit of a shambles. Most people came down at the same time on the Sunday morning. Had a very long wait to be seated. No cutlery available and staff found it hard to keep up with replenishing the breakfast and also clearing the tables.

Room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke in one of the rooms. Breakfast not enough choice (especially cereal for kids)
