The location and the environment was clean and serene. Staff are help and polite at least the ones I came in contact with.
The room did not have a fridge which was surprising considering the warm weather.

Only a few minutes from the ferry port, the hotel is bright and airy with friendly staff. Rooms are huge and the aircon actually works! The most comfy bed I’ve slept in in a long time! Would definitely return.
The bed was comfy
The food was awful. The showers were terrible at best, the breakfast staff were rude and uninterested. Breakfast wasn't cooked, raw bacon, 2 day old dry egg, dirty tables.
Good location when arriving on a late evening ferry. Arrived 22.30 & still places in car park (cost £6) and reception was manned. Staff helpful.
Bed was comfortable, shower fine
Long walk through the building to get to room - shorter way necessitated going outside
Bed settee was made up ( not requested) which meant there was no where to sit other than the bed ( no chairs)
Friendly staff and decent accommodation
One of the best examples of a Holiday Inn we have experienced in the UK. From staff to rooms everything was faultless.
Paying for the car park, buts that’s being really pedantic.
