nothing
noise disgusting screaming shouting hooligans all over the place. NO staff mointoring halls, unsafe for women and children. Couldnt get an ounce of sleep. Partys in rooms until 8am. disgusting. not worth £90 a night. Wouldnt even pay 20
it is good value for money i think, a lot of people complain about the noise but it is well known it is above a nightclub and we were also clubbing so it didnt bother us. also, for those affected by the noise ear plugs were provided which i think was very kind and considerate. it has everything you can ask for for a short stay, staff are lovely, i lost my passport but the person at the front desk was understanding about the situation. overall i think its great for a short stay and if you are likely to be going to the club below, also i love how the club is free entry when you stay at the hotel!!
sometimes the taps don't work, for example in the bath tub the hot tap didn't turn on at all
Clean hotel
No hairdryer provided
Der manglede dikkeglas på værelset
I receptionen vidste man ikke noget om byen
Posizione perfetta
Camera molto piccola e bagnomigliorabile. Discoteca devastante
The location was further from the Liffey than we thought.
No lift. ( I’m in receipt of disability due to a replacement hip) The young lady in reception was very dismissive of us having heard my plight and didn’t appear to try and find us a more suited room. The noise from the nightclub was incessant and carried on way into the early hours.
It is a quaint hotel. There is a nightclub below and there is noise late at night. That might put people off from staying.
It would be nice if the hotel would offer a full range breakfast.
The location is good and central - a few minutes' walk from Grafton Street and Stephen's Green Park. Good tea/coffee-making facilities, water; TV, comfortable bed; check out at 11.
Unfortunately when I needed to use the shower in the morning there was no hot water. At check-out the receptionist explained and said it was back now, at which I 'joked' about going back up and having a shower...
It was as expected
I booked this for a friend. They checked in4th july and went to the room. It was filty, dingy and basically not fit for purpose. They returned to reception and requested a different room and offered to pay any difference in money. They were told no and if they didn't like the room they could go home without a refund.
They did just that at a loss of €428.
When I heard about this on my return, I phoned the hotel and asked for the manager. A absolutely rude person called Lucia told me no manager available, didn't know when available and said she didn't care about complaints and abruptly hung up. I tried phoning back several times but she kept rejecting my calls. I googled owners contact details but was unsuccessful.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Location was great.
The noise, however I knew it had a nightclub, so I expected it to be noisy :)
