Great youthful vibe, refreshing environment with good facilities. Just a bit pricey.
Pros:

The whole atmosphere around this hotel is a young vibe. Clean and modern with some fun elements. The gym is large and the pool delightful. The food was good but you need to be modern to work out how to get it!

Cons:

Only one complaint was the woman at checkout. She was rude and refused to print or email a VAT receipt saying that only Booking.com could do that.
I emailed the proerty through Booking.com and the property cam back directly with a VAT invoice - so it is perfectly capable. Maybe she had a bad night but when in service you dont have a choice - either you are fit for duty or you are not.
The price wasnt justified either. £30/night/room less would have been more appropriate for the venue and location.

Lovely 24 hours stay but food was a poor standard

Loved the Leisure and pool staff very accommodating. Clean room, comfortable beds 10 out of 10

Cons:

We were told by the receptionist yesterday that breakfast was served from 6 till 10 on Monday , went down there 9.15 am to find they were putting everything away . The Food was a very poor standard . We had the Sunday Roast on Sunday looked ok but once tasted, it was warm and Roasties were not cooked properly, also the yorkshire pudding was very hard . We were offered a cooked breakfast today bacon was so hard , sausages didn’t taste nice, scrambled egg was very bland . I certainly wouldn’t recommend eating at the restaurant. I never complain but wanted you to be aware of the service.

Great facilities just alot of noise from construction work people.

The noise coming from the work men early in the morning. Drilling and banging noise. This was going on at 7-9am in morning

Disappointing
Pros:

The location and parking was good.
Breakfast was nice with a good selection.

Cons:

Dirty dishes lying in reception area. Place felt grubby. Hotel having a refit so the route to our room was ridiculous.
Door to outside from our section of hotel was open when it was a button exit, a huge security risk. This should have been unable to access from outside.
Large black mould patch on the ceiling in bathroom.
Not what I expected.

Pros:

All staff really friendly. Staff in dining room particularly helpful. I have additional requirements for eating and the only suitable meal was unavailable. Changes made so I could adapt the menus for my needs. Thank you.
