Excellent stay
Pros:

Everything was absolutely excellent. Lovely ambience, incredible location, great facilities. I cannot wait to go back.

Pros:

Great, quiet, green location. Hotel felt new, clean. Family room small, but cozy. Beautiful forest view from balcony. SPA is ok, but on saturday was very crowded. Good size swimming pool. Kind and helpful stuff. Ok breakfast. Amazing restaurant with very tasty food and great kids menu.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working, so long waiting times, long lines, overcrowded. Many people used the stairs, but if your room is on the 8th floor and you are pregnant or with a stroller, at times it was a nightmare to get moving.

Kids club was boring, no toys or activities for 7 year old girl, very bad air quality.

Hotel room temperature felt hot, so we kept balcony doors open, which helped.

Breakfast could be better.

Pros:

Brīnišķīgs restorāns - baudījām ļoti garšīgas vakariņas.
Brokastīs liela izvēle, viss ļoti garšīgi.
Ļoti patika tas, ka bērnam bija atsevišķi sava vieta istabā - tāda kā mini istabiņa ar savu gultu, televizoru.

Cons:

Aizbraucām uz viesnīcu ar domu relaksēties un atpūsties, bet vajadzēja rēķināties ar milzīgo cilvēku skaitu SPA zonā. Cilvēku bija tik daudz, ka būtībā es baseinā vienkārši stāvēju, jo peldēt nebija iespējams. Pat peldēšanai atvēlētajā celiņā izklaidējās un dauzījās bērni. To neviens neregulēja. Pirtis bija pārbāztas. Gandrīz klēpī viens otram varēja sēdēt. Līdz ar to no gaidītās atpūtas tā īsti nekas neizdevās.

Информация о парковке автомобиля устарела?Написано ,что парковка платная в выходные дни -5 евро сутки. В осенне-зимний период.Мы вместо 10 евро ,заплатили 15?(((

Pros:

Pagal kainos ir kokybės santykį viešbutis labai geras, pusryčiai buvo skanūs ir įvairus pasirinkimas. Viešbučio restorane ir vakarieniavome - maistas buvo labai skanus ir estetiškai gražus, tikrai galima rekomenduoti.
Lovos labai patogios.
Koridoriuose yra vandens stotelės.

Cons:

Vandens stotelės galėtų būti ir SPA zonoje.
SPA zonoje per daug žmonių - kažkaip turėtų būti reguliuojami srautai.
Blogiausias dalykas, ko dar neteko matyti kituose SPA - SPA zonoje valytojos grindų vandenį stumia į vandens groteles, bet tą daro taip, kad visas tas nešvarus vanduo subėga į baseino, vaikų baseiniuko ir jaccuzzi vandenį :( reiktų gal įsigyti valymo mašiną ar imtis kitų priemonių, nes grindų vandens sušlavimas į baseino vandenį nehigieniška.

Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Pool sehr groß und SPA-Bereich sehr toll.

Cons:

Nur ein Aufzug, der andere war defekt. Wartezeiten
