The check-out process was the most positive part of my stay. The staff at the reception desk handled everything quickly and efficiently, making the check-out smooth and easy. I appreciated that.

Cons:

Unfortunately, several aspects of my stay fell well below my expectations.

The hotel is extremely large, with far too many rooms for the spa and wellness facilities available. This creates a very crowded and impersonal experience. The two elevators serving the entire building were regularly overcrowded at certain times, and I often waited 15–17 minutes for an elevator. I therefore frequently used the stairs, even though my room was on the sixth floor. This was not only inconvenient but also made me feel uncomfortable from a safety perspective. I found myself wondering how guests would be evacuated quickly in the event of a fire.

I was also very disappointed with the handling of the spa access fee. When booking through Booking.com, I paid €45 for spa access. At check-in, I was told that spa access is actually included as standard with every overnight stay. I showed the staff what I had booked and paid for in the Booking.com app, but they were unwilling to make any correction or refund. I felt I was simply being sent away without a proper solution.

The spa service itself was also disappointing. As a first-time guest, I had several questions, but the explanation was incomplete and at times rather curt. When I asked about the hot stone treatment, the €105 charge was mentioned very quickly, but I was not clearly informed about what the treatment involved or how long it would last. For a spa and wellness hotel, I expected much more attentive and professional service.

Breakfast was another major disappointment. It felt more like a large-scale factory operation than a relaxing hotel breakfast. As a solo guest, I was not guided to a table and found it almost impossible to find somewhere to sit. After waiting for around 15 minutes, I eventually had to ask a couple if I could join them at their table, which they kindly allowed. This was certainly not the feeling of hospitality I expected.

Würde wieder buchen und es auch für einen Erholungsurlaub empfehlen.
Pros:

Super Lage, super Frühstück , saubere komfortable Zimmer.
Sehr gute Anbindung in die Umgebung.

Cons:

Aufzug fahren mit längeren Wartezeiten.
Restaurant hält mit dem Hotel nicht mit.

Good hotel, but price is to big.
