If I could rate this a zero i would

Cons:

The hallways were filled with smoke/weed and smells of dog and or cats, our room had bugs on the mattress we were offered another room however it was only one door over and just as dirty, we left and went to the holiday inn express, the woman at the front desk offered no help

Worse experience ever
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The manager was very disrespectful and proceeded to open my door while I was in the shower I'm a grown man and never been so mortified in my life when I went to confront him about it the manger tried to engage in a altercation. I can to the hotel to try to get a peace of mind but got nothing but headace the halfways smell heavily of urine and mildew due to carpet that has never been clean and they also have a variety of bugs if anyone want to try them

You get what you pay for
Pros:

my first room had knats bad, had to move because they were in the bed on he 1st floor, had to move again the next week because pets were not allowed on the 1st floor. They then moved moved to another room with strong pet urine in the carpet. I ended up cleaning myself. Breakfast is ok.. no protein.. pictures are not expectations.

Cons:

Janitorial staff don't clean well, my son had an accident in the bed and I asked for the bed to be made over. they said they did but the stains were still there

Pros:

Nice lobby love the mirrors in the rooms. The stay was really worth it I'll go back

Cons:

The washer and dryer didn't work properly. The lint catcher tray in the dryer is broken and pulls on clothes. The washer does not release water until the rinse cycle. The machines only take quarters
