Lift was not marked at room floor level
Staff was friendly. Easy to get around.
Pullout sofa wasn’t prepared even though the reservation was for 3 people. The bedding for the sofa bed was stained and I had to request a new set.
The person in the front desk in the morning (the Indian guy, don’t know his name since he didn’t wear a badge) has a bad attitude, after taking my room cards and adding them in, didn’t put them back into the pouch correctly, and also did it incorrectly resulting in a not working card that I had to go down for again, horrible experience with the staff there.
The staff all had a big attitude, especially the person in the morning (the Indian guy, I don’t know his name since he didn’t wear a badge), after making my keycards didn’t put them back into the pouch properly, also did it incorrectly resulting a unusable card and me having to go down for it to be fixed one more time, overall horrible experience with staff.
It was regularly cleaned, very spacious rooms, and the staff were cheerful and helpful. Easy parking too!
