The second room we were given was clean and looked comfortable, but we did not stay
The entire reason I booked the room was to spend the entire weekend in the pool. It was FREEZING and the only thing I got was a smart-ass remark from the front desk boss. The manager has yet to call me a week later.
The location at the end of two major roads and close to a free way exit was very nice. Front desk staff was reasonably polite when interacting with them.
The parking situation is atrocious, guests have to park at the car wash and gas station next door.
The pool was closed for maintenance every morning and stank of chlorine into the hallway. My family tried to use the pool during the stay at night and came back to the room coughing and choking after an hour due to the chlorine in the air.
The breakfast was on the low end of hotel breakfasts and food was constantly running out, even on a Monday morning and it would take 20 minutes for more food to arrive. It seemed like only one person was working in the kitchen, they need a minimum of 1 more if not 2 working there to keep up with guest demands.
Breakfast and Pool hours were great
Did not seem super safe. A very high homeless population, people hanging out in the pet area that did not have pets and did not seem to be staying at the hotel, and cops had to come to support homeless in the building. Parking was attached to a gas station that attracts people not staying at the hotel and they do not seem to have any real security. The housing and amenities are definitely outdated compared to online photos.
Great facilities in the room, mini-kitchen good, comfy bed, clean and businesslike
Like most of these types of accommodations, not easy to get to somewhere to eat on foot. Good Uber availability though. Self service breakfast not very enticing.
A bit further from Paine Field than I thought.
Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal
Etwas hellhörige Zimmer
We liked the room we had.
1. A bunch of shady people outside of the property.
2. We went down for breakfast and wanted to bring it back to our room. We grabbed some of the bacon to bring back. There were at least 4 pieces of hair in the bacon that we grabbed. So we threw it out.
3. The pool was fine. Had to ask a couple of times for towels to be replenished.
We really enjoyed being able to have a king bed and kitchen, we went blueberry picking while we were in town and it was nice to be able to put the blueberries in the refrigerator. Very nice to have a tub, hot tub and pool access!
Nothing
It was a nice location. The place was pretty nice.
There was a hidden $8 parking charge. The bathroom was having plumbing issues.
The area around the hotel is scuzzy. I didn't dare walk around outside.
Location for the price
Near a rough part of town and homelessness seemed rampant
The night staff (Frenchie and Jobe) were amazing! My daytime visits to front desk area were less than welcoming. When traveling with big personalities and international executives, it’s wise to treat everyone with equal respect.
No clean or convenient outdoor seating or smoking areas. The only outdoor bench was located in the pet area, with a small patch of astroturf coved in dog excrement.
Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Nothing stands out that would be negative about the property.
Easy to get to, room was clean and comfortable.
Decent breakfast with.microwave available in breakfast area.
Convenient to tour Boeing and easy access to freeway. Kitchen well equipped to cook meals.
Limited parking spots - Parking $8 per night in a suburban area doesn't sound right.
The staff was friendly and heloful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the variety of items offered.
The bathroom was a little small.
