Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti da Santa Maria Novella, Santa Maria Maggiore e il centro in generale. Personale cortese e disponibile. Buona colazione e ambiente curato in generale. A due passi dalla terrazza bar con vista sui tetti di Firenze.

Cons:

La wifi ha un sistema di credenziali un po' ballerine. La pressione dell'acqua non era proprio ottima.

located near historical city center and train station. good brakfast. guys at reception are very friendly and doing their best.

Cons:

place needs renovation and is outdated. no parking. near is garage for 40€ per night, which is too much.

Todo perfecto.
Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta; cerca de la estación para continuar nuestra ruta por Italia, y al lado de la Plaza San Lorenzo.
Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo en la habitación, y el personal no solo nos trasladó a otra de mejor calidad sino que nos regaló una botella de cava y una carta de disculpas. Todo un detalle.

Lata świetności ma za sobą
Pros:

Pomocna, życzliwa obsługa. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Piękne lobby. Znakomita lokalizacja. Względnie dobry wybór na śniadaniu.

Cons:

Hotel piękny, z olbrzymim potencjałem, niestety jednak bardzo zaniedbany i ewidentnie wymaga odświerzenia. Odrapane meble (łącznie z recepcją) Zapuszczona łazienka, fatalna osłona prysznica - woda wylewa się poza wannę (na szczęście personel nie żałował ręczników i był bardzo pomocny) Wanna duża i wygodna, ale odrapana, na fugach widać pleśń. Lodówka w pokoju raz chłodzi raz nie. Widok z okna na wewnętrzny dziedziniec, można zajrzeć sąsiadom do pokoju, lub obserwować gości przy stolikach w restauracji na parterze. W oknach tylko ciężkie zasłony. Brudna klimatyzacja. Na korytarzach stara, wytarta wykładzina. Z jednej strony wydawać by się mogło, że hotel powinien być naprawdę luksusowy, ładne wyposażenie, ale z drugiej strony pewidentnie lata świetności i zadbania ma za sobą. Z uwagi na warunki nie przyjechałabym tutaj kolejny raz niestety.

The breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of food. The room was fantastic. We had a view to the street below with large windows. The location was also very central with a short walk to the tram stop for the airport.

The mini fridge was very small and the wifi was quite slow.
