L'emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, l'organisation mise en place pour le parking de mon véhicule, ma chambre qui était une grande suite très agréable et calme et le petit déjeuner plutôt bien achalandé.

Fine for a quick couple days but if you're looking for a high quality stay, I wouldn't select.
Pros:

Location was great, convenient walk from the train station and close walk to the duomo and mercato. Most other places I went to were a 15 minute walk at most.

Cons:

Didn't feel like a four star hotel. I wouldn't have paid extra for the breakfast as you had to pay extra for fresh capuccino and eggs that weren't in the warmer (something I never had to do on my other stays this trip), fruit was also warm. Felt like a lot of things in my hotel room were slanted, wall paper peeling, could hear everything going on in the hallway and the room was quite small.

La camera era meravigliosa, con jacuzzi e bagno con due lavandini. Il letto comodissimo e il televisore smart molto grande.

Cons:

La posizione centrale implica rumore dalla strada, questa è l'unica pecca. Nient'altro da segnalare.

Ich bin mit dem Auto eingereist und ich habe ja ein Parkplatz mit eingegeben Parkplatz findet in einer Garage statt wo ein Shuttle dein Auto rüberbringt aber vom Hotel. Damit man erst einchecken kann, konnte ich kaum parken und musste mein Auto direkt vorm Eingang vom Hotel hinstellen, da es daneben keine Möglichkeiten waren, dass man kurz ein Auto da hinstellt, damit es dann abgeholt werden kann, um zu Garage gebracht zu werden. Das einchecken war auch etwas problematischer, da man über 20 Minuten warten musste, bis man überhaupt erst einchecken konnte. zudem im Zimmer konnte man das Licht nicht ausmachen, sondern man musste die Karte rausziehen damit das Licht über Nacht aus ist Handy laden konnte man auch nicht über Nacht, da das ganze Strom in der Nacht weg war, sobald das Licht aus war

Pros:

Gostei bastante da localização do Hotel. A acomodação atendeu muito bem nossa necessidade. Banheiro bom e cama adequada e justa. Um detalhe é que a rua é um pouco movimentada e as vezes barulhenta (sirenes por exemplo). Bacana que é disponibilizado um local para deixar a mala após o check out. Ah, bem próximo do sistema de trem e transporte.

Cons:

o que mais me incomodou foi o barulho de carros (policia e ambulância) durante a madrugada que foi frequente durante minha estadia no Hotel.

Clean, good location, great breakfast and lovely staff.

The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was excellent and the location is ideal.

Cons:

The room temperature was cooler than it was outside but we would have liked to be able to adjust it more. Also would have liked a tea tray in the room. But none of this affected our enjoyment of our trip.
