Se me cayó un arete de oro en la noche y al otro día después de que hicieron el aseo no se encontró. Fue una lástima pero esto no quita lo bien que nos sentimos en el hotel.
La ubicación del hotel cerca al parque de la 93 es estratégica cerca a restaurantes y lugares de ocio, sector muy tranquilo y con percepción de seguridad
Mi experiencia en el hotel fue aceptable únicamente por la comodidad de la habitación, ya que existen varios aspectos que deberían mejorarse.
El principal punto de atención es el servicio al cliente. El personal se mostró excesivamente pasivo y con escasa vocación de servicio. En términos generales predominó la indiferencia: rara vez saludan al huésped, no ofrecen ayuda con el equipaje, no se ponen a disposición para asistir y la atención carece de la calidez y hospitalidad que se espera de un establecimiento de esta categoría.
En cuanto a las instalaciones, el hotel evidencia un importante desgaste por el paso del tiempo. Aunque la habitación es amplia, cómoda y funcional, la decoración y el estado general transmiten una sensación visual antigua, incluso con un estilo que podría calificarse como “medieval”. Adicionalmente, varias áreas comunes presentan un olor característico a humedad o a espacios cerrados por largo tiempo, lo que afecta la percepción de limpieza y confort.
Finalmente, el desayuno resulta bastante básico y poco variado. La oferta es prácticamente la misma todos los días, lo que reduce la experiencia para quienes permanecen varias noches.
En conclusión, el hotel tiene potencial por el tamaño y comodidad de sus habitaciones, pero requiere mejorar significativamente la cultura de servicio, modernizar sus instalaciones y ofrecer una propuesta gastronómica de desayuno más variada para estar a la altura de las expectativas.

El hotel es muy lindo. Está en una excelente ubicación. La habitación es muy amplia, ideal para trabajar, pues tiene un área de sala con escritorio separada del dormitorio. El desayuno es variado.

What was advertised was not what we got….. There are were heaters to get warm, the key cards didn’t work sometimes, towels were changed on our last day, toilets didn’t work
Location was very convenient for us and breakfast was very good
The elevator had a persistent foul odor during our stay, making it very unpleasant to use. On one Sunday evening, a political party meeting created excessive noise late into the night. Despite several attempts to contact management, our concerns were not taken seriously, and we ultimately had to go downstairs in person to request assistance because we needed to wake up early the next day. This significantly impacted our experience.
