La cama estaba sucia y el aseo en general deficiente
El personal es muy atento y cordial, las instrucciones del hotel están muy bien cuidadas y mantenidas, las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, y un personal muy amable. El desayuno es bueno y la relación calidad-precio es muy conveniente. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme allí.

La tina del baño es muy alta, debes levantar muy bien las rodillas para ingresar.
El personal de limpieza es increíble! cada vez que regresábamos a la habitación todo estaba perfectamente ordenado, el hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena, excelente barrio, se ve que es una zona segura, muy cerca de supermercados, farmacias y cafeterías; inauguraron el restaurante en el hotel y nos ofrecieron una comida de cortesía, excelente servicio en general; también nos ayudaron a resolver el tema de transporte hotel-aeropuerto ya que teníamos que salir en horas de la madrugada.
En la habitación se notaba manchas en el techo del baño, una de las toallas que nos dieron estaba desgastada y tenía un hueco; la refrigeradora no enfría nada, no pude comprar un medicamento por esto, es un medicamento que debe mantenerse refrigerado; El desayuno debería tener más variedad.
