Restaurant service was horrible. Overbooked and understaffed. It was not clear that you needed to make a reservation for dinner. The first night, I made a reservation for 20h30 and the food did not come until 22h (with two small children). When I ordered a drink, I was told no-the bar could not make drinks. We did not get the desserts that were part of the children's menu. Everyone in the restaurant was arguing and the staff was overwhelmed. Very disappointing. There were not enough pool chairs and no shade. The pool toys were broken and deflated and the pool looked very dirty and not well maintained.

Attente infinie pour le repas du soir, clairement le manager avait accepté trop de réservation pour le personnel qu’il a. On nous a offert le petit déjeuner au moment du Check out, c’est un moindre mal, mais sincèrement jamais cet hôtel ne vaut les 4* affichées.

40 grader ute. 29 gradrr i rummet. Ac funkade inte och trots att vi sa till fick vi vänta i rummet till kl22 innan de kunde bekräfta att det va fel och vi fick rummet bytt. Väldigt slitet. Manupulerade bilder på booking. Rummet va mycket dåligt skick.
We liked having the pool and air conditioning. The football table was fun too! Very near bus stop which is convenient. They also accommodated early check in which was fantastic!!!
There was a discrepancy over whether breakfast was included and we ended up being charged and then I was told to email the manager for a refund and haven’t heard anything. The breakfast is pretty expensive at $20 and that included kids. Hoping I get that $80 returned.
Next to the lake
We went there to scape the heat wave just to find out that they don't allow guests a full AC use. You can't bring the temperature lower than 27 degrees. When the temperature is 40 outside, it helps but not much better than a fan.
