L’emplacement au bord de l’autoroute très bruyant.
Hôtel à rénover au niveau des chambres.
Climatisation bruyante.

Pros:

Hôtel situé dans un endroit calme avec parking facilement accessible et gratuit.
Personnel charmant, très serviable et à l'écoute tant à l'accueil qu'à la restauration . Chambre climatisée très spacieuse (en plus petit canapé, table très pratique et agréable pour se détendre) et salle de bain parfaitement équipée (savon, etc) et linge systématique remplacé à la demande. Chambre et salle de bain faites chaque jour et très propres.
Petit-déjeuner très varié et copieux.

Cons:

La demi-pension :
2 plats au choix proposés à la carte ou à l'ardoise ne devant pas dépasser 28 € au total, sinon facturation si dépassement. Par contre, pas de remboursement si le total du (ou des plats) est inférieur à 28 €. C'est donc un système bien compliqué et systématiquement au détriment du client.
Au petit-déjeuner, très varié, produits proposés un peu trop industriels.
Chambre pas encore faite au retour de promenade alors qu'il est plus de 15 h, donc attente dans le hall le temps que le ménage soit fait.

A comfortable but unmemorable short stay.

Pros:

Ontbijt was heerlijk. Wel duur, maar zeker eens het proberen waard. Ze hadden wel 1 eclipse bril per kamer, al moest je hier zelf achter vragen.

Cons:

De kamer was vrij klein voor 3 personen en we moesten het zetelbed zelf nog opmaken. Ook had de 3de persoon geen handdoek en moesten we dit zelf nog aan de receptie vragen. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was ook niet zo mooi.

Le petit déjeuner était sympathique.

Cons:

Chambre réservée pour 3, mais le canapé -lit n’était pas déplié ce qui fait douté sur la propreté des draps. Pas de serviettes pour 3. Je m’attendais à mieux d’un 4 étoiles. Une fontaine de thé glacé vous attend vide le 1er jour mais reste identique les jours suivants et pas de verres propres pour boire à la fontaine…

Albergo business ma con tutto ciò che serve a un prezzo ottimo. Personale gentile, servizi buoni, colazione sufficiente, piscina comoda, ristorante ok.

Cons:

L'albergo merita una piccola ristrutturazione, toglierei la moquette. Colazione da migliorare un pochino (più frutta fresca). Non è vicino al centro di Aix.
