Pros:

Bon emplacement, propreté de la chambre, le confort, le parking et la piscine

Cons:

Nous avons attendu plus d'une demi heure à 15h30 pour pouvoir rentrer dans notre chambre car elle n'était pas encore prête et d'autres personnes attendaient elles aussi de rentrer dans leur chambre, très bizarre à cette heure là d'attendre....
La télévision qui fonctionne très mal.
Nous étions 4 et ils nous ont donné seulement 2 serviettes pour la piscine car les autres n'étaient pas encore lavés....
Ils foutent quoi dans cet hôtel ?
Le petit déjeuner hyper cher donc on a rien mangé le matin. Un scandale de faire payer si cher une chambre d'hôtel pour tous les inconvénients que je viens de citer !

He was absolutely amazing—incredibly helpful, genuinely nice, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. What stood out the most was the warmth and care he showed us; he instantly gave us that rare, wonderful feeling like we had just come home.

Un peu déçu dès l’arrivée.
Cons:

Le personnel ne dit pas bonjour à notre arrivée et la chambre non prête à 15h comme convenu. Changement de chambre mais avec lits séparés et pas de grand lit.

Für die Durchreise in Ordnung
Pros:

Ruhig gelegen, außerhalb von Antibes. Dafür aber zu allen Zielen im Umkreis gut erreichbar. Modernisiertes Bad.

Cons:

Viel zu kleine Zimmer. Hochbett für die Kinder hat ständig nachts bei Bewegung gequietscht.
Alter Teppich, Zimmer viel zu klein für eine Familie.

Cons:

Very bad condition, shouldn’t have four stars. Shower flooded, carpet floor was humid, no remote, less towels than pax - when requested more they said they were out of towels, as well as upon arrival at 5pm “will go check if room is ready…August”. Pool dirty, used glasses and opened snacks lying around. Nobody could care leas.

Čistý a skvěle vybavený hotel s bazénem a vlastním parkováním. Pozdní check-in możný kdykoliv díky 24/7 recepci.
Dětem se moc líbil gauč, který lze přeměnit na palandu 🙂

Vacanza in famiglia.Hotel ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare i vicini villaggi provenzali. Lo staff è eccezionale . Hajou è una receptionist molto professionale ed attenta, premurosa ed amichevole come se ne incontrano poche, Grazie anche a Sherazade che mi ha aiutato a prenotare il ristorante per la cena in un villaggio vicino. Insomma staff da 10, in generale tutti molto gentili e pronti ad aiutarti.

Cons:

Unico suggerimento : togliere i bidoni della spazzatura di fronte l’ingresso hotel , non è una vista piacevole .

Pros:

Nous étions a la base venu pour 1 nuit avec nos enfants et nous avons finalement prolongé notre séjour ( 3nuits et 4 jours au total).
Les enfants ont adoré les espaces de jeu derrière, la piscine. Nous, parents, avons vraiment apprécié le cadre, le calme, le personnel extrêmement gentil, disponible et à l'écoute. Un grand merci aux filles d'avoir pu nous trouver la chambre disponible pour 2 nuits supplémentaires.

Cons:

De ne pas être restés plus longtemps !!!!

Cons:

Spijtig dat het restaurant op zaterdag en zondag niet open is. Voor een internationale hotelketen, midden in het hoogseizoen zou dit toch niet mogen.
