Pros:

Comfortable, well-maintained rooms and a genuinely helpful, friendly staff. The location in Valbonne is ideal — peaceful surroundings while still being conveniently close to Sophia Antipolis and the Antibes coastline. The facilities were clean and everything worked as expected. Great value for the area.

La chambre grande
la literie confortable

Cons:

La chambre n était pas prête à l arrivée a 15 h et toujours pas prête a 15 h 40.
La lunette de wc était fêlée
Il manquait le carton à mettre sur la porte « do not disturb »
La 2 eme grande serviette était dans un placard de l entrée et pas dans la sdb où il y avait pourtant la place sous le lavabo

Accueil agréable, bien situé. Nous étions venu à un événement qui avait lieu dans l’hôtel le lendemain. La chambre était bien, assez grande avec un canapé.

le bureau du staff de la réception semble être décloisonné, donc on y passe par force quand on entre ou qu'on sort .. ils devraient mettre la plaquette "DND" .... et quand ils se parlent entre eux, devant les clients donc, j'ai constaté à plusieurs reprises que cela se faisait dans une langue étrangère !!

Super séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, Hajjou a été très attentionnée et toujours souriante.
Agréable d'avoir un restaurant sur place (attention pas le dimanche mais une version toute heure avec des pizzas et des bocaux préparés frais sont disponibles).
Petit déjeuner délicieux avec beaucoup de choix et abondant.
L'endroit est très calme, les oiseaux qui chantent au lever du jour...

Cons:

Le matelas est un peu dur pour ma part.
La chambre 354 était vraiment loin pour ma maman qui a du mal à marcher et les couloirs sont un peu sombres.
Pas de fer à repasser comme indiqué dans les équipements.
Mais bon ce sont des détails.
