Pros:

Excellent hotel!
5 minutes drive from Chamonix.
We arrived at the hotel and chocolate and a welcome letter were waiting for us in the room. It was very nice.
The room was very spacious and clean.
The children's playroom is amazing with lots of toys, open all the time. In addition, there are many board games in the lobby.
The pool area, jacuzzi and sauna are open until late but with children you can stay there until 7 pm.
Very varied and delicious breakfast.
Green areas in the hotel courtyard with a stunning view.
In addition, the hotel includes a free train ticket to nearby towns.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!

Cons:

The water in the pool is very cold.

Superbe séjour, je recommande cette hôtel.
Pros:

Déco de l'hôtel. La chambre était correct, propre . Le petit déjeuner très bon. Belle piscine avec vue sur l'aiguille du midi, Mont Blanc + glacier. Deux joli sauna. Beau jardin.

Cons:

L'eau un peu trop chaude dans le jacuzzi.

Super séjour familiale au BIG SKY
Pros:

Hôtel très kids friendly avec une salle de jeux de société, des jeux d'arcade et VR en accès libre. Notre fils à adoré. La piscine est très bien : chauffée à 29 degrès avec un accès jusque 22h pour les adultes.
Le déjeuner est très bien même si du jus de fruit pressé serait apprécié. Nous avions l'habitude de la folie douce mais nous reviendrons plutôt au BIG SKY.

Cons:

Tout était top. Le seul bémol était l'emplacement géographique qui est un peu loin du centre ville. Apparement, l'hôtel prévoir des navettes gratuites pour nous conduire en centre ville mais nous n'avions pas été informés lors de notre check-in.
