הצוות היה מושלם עזרו בהכל והיו מאוד נחמדים.

הגענו והיה ריח של ביוב בשירותים ובמקלחת. הצוות ניסה לעזור בלהחליף חדר אך החדר שנתנו לנו היה בקומה הראשונה קרוב מאוד ללובי שצמיש יש רעש. לכן ביקשנו להשאיר בחדר יחד עם החברים שהיו בחדר ליד, התפשאו על עניין הריח והצוות בקבלה ניסו לעזור הביאו ספריי ריח שעזר בדיוק 10 דק' עזר, נכנסו להתקלח והיית שם מגבת מטונף עם כתמים שנראה כמו צואה. ממש התאכזבתי מהתגובה של המנהל שעשה טובה ונתן לנו פיצוי 2 שוברים לבירה או יין. ממש מאכזב.

Tout était parfait...réservation faite à la dernière minute et pourtant un très bon accueil..Tout le personnel était agréable sympathique à l écoute et professionnel..Hotel très calme ambiance très familiale par la déco seventies les différents salons et espaces. ..Même pour le repas on a commandé les pizzas et on peut manger sur place ou dans le salon et même dans la chambre..c est vraiment une ambiance détendue concept de l hôtel on se sent à la maison..merci encore au personnel ne changé rien on a pas envie de partir

dommage qu il n y avait pas de porte côté pelouse pour sortir directement le chien . Dommage que sur le site il n y est pas le menu et les tarifs.
