A Genuine Stopover Hotel
Pros:

Stayed twice in the last month at this hotel which we have been using probably for the last 25 years. Its mostly a genuine stopover hotel. The evening meal provision is now much improved, although breakfast is a different matter with little food put up so choice is very limited if you can find it. The staff are very good.
Unfortunately on our last visit there was an issue with our executive room's air con - it did not work on a day at 38 degrees plus it is the top floor under a flat roof. We were moved to another room eventually but still the air con was very weak. On departure we were told that they had been experiencing air con issues and engineers had been trying to sort it out the previous week. We will be back again.

Good hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for one night.
The staff at Check in was really nice ans we felt welcome.
The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and offer a good night sleep.
The Highlight was defenitly the Pool, out Kids enjoyed it very much.
The breakfast was good, too with a lot of choices.

Cons:

Il faut impérativement former la dame blonde aux cheveux très courts à la réception de l hôtel. C’est à peine si elle dit bonjour, elle fait la grimace et vous parle de facon très inappropriée. Pas professionnelle. Aucun respect du client. Expérience négative.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

On sait où s'arrêter quand on passera par Chartres.
Pros:

facile d'accès. Repas et petit déjeuner de qualité. Personnel agréable.

A convenient, comfortable and quiet stopover hotel .
Pros:

Comfortable rooms with A/C for an overnight stop en route home. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the restaurant.

Мы не впервые останавливаемся в сети Новотель, но данный разочаровал. На стойке регистрации резкий запах сигарет, цены в баре и ресторане высокие, обычное мороженое по 5 евро. В отеле много детей и шумно. На завтраке все осень быстро заканчивается и нечего есть. В бассейне много детей - не поплавать, нет разделения

Le petit déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel, les équipements proposés,

Cons:

Les chambres, ainsi que la piscine auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. La douche s'évacue mal, les joints sont noircis et de l'eau s'écoule sous la porte. La baignoire ne peut pas être bouchée, le bouchon ne fonctionne pas.

Het eten is het restaurant was ver onder de maat. 20 euro voor een koude oude ingedroogde croque monsieur. En dagschotel was ook niet top. Slechte prijs kwaliteitverhouding.

Chambre vieillotte malgré un relooking suite aux travaux d'agrandissement pour compenser la partie récente plus moderne avec encore du crépi au mur. On espère être dans la partie neuve...
Pas d'autre nécessaire de toilette, que du gel douche et du shampoing. Pas de kit vanity, pas de lait pour le corps, pas d'après-shampoing...
J'imagine que c'est possible sur demande mais cela devrait être en chambre.

Proper hotel, vriendelijk personeel, comfortabele bedden, heerlijk ontbijt, een aanrader

Locatie, het hotel en de kamer waren properc verzorgd, personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt - het lukte niet om onze elektrische auto te laden aan het hotel. Er zijn 2 laders voor Teslas sn 1 lader voor niet teslas (die bezet was).
