Pros:

It was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has recently undergone refurbishment and room felt brand new. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can't really fault for the price paid. Location was fine just off the M1

Excellent stay with exceptional staff in the restaurant.
Pros:

Quality of toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and plenty of choice.

Cons:

Pillows were very soft, however in hindsight I should have asked if there was the option of a pillow menu.

Aside from food and drinks it’s a very pleasant hotel to stay in
Pros:

Location. Lovely room. Extremely comfortable bed. Great shower. Super complimentary toiletries and drinks. Great staff

Cons:

Food is a bit Wetherspoonish!! Took a long time to be served food that definitely appeared to be microwaved!
