Très bien pour une étape
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, établissement disposant de son propre parking

Cons:

J’avais souhaité une chambre au calme, ma demande a été prise en compte même si l’insonorisation du couloir avec des portes de chambre particulièrement bruyante

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and professional. They were very good at providing the right level of service. Not overly attentive but could see when we were ready to order, pay etc.

Cons:

More variety in breakfast fruit. We are being picky here.

VERY SATISFIED AND HAPPY
Pros:

The location is unique, quiet, and clean with parking.
The room was beautiful and clean with everything to keep someone comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. They made me feel at home. The breakfast was nice and well presented. . To be honest, it was above expectations. I wish I could stay longer.

Cons:

The lighting was special. At first, I didn't know how to put on the lights until I went back to the reception where they politely explained to me. I suggest that there should be information about the facilities to avoid misuse in the process of trial and error. The facilities need to be protected because they are so beautiful.

Ridiculous car parking system.....avoid!
Pros:

Comfortable bed
Hotel is close to the M1 junction

Cons:

When I checked i was not told you needed to register your car .....in the hotel car park!!
I went out to get something to eat and noticed a sign in the car park....so went back in and registered the car....but was told I may get a parking fine for the short period I was in the hotel before registering!!!
As a hotel guest this is not the sort of hassle you need at the end of a long tiring day....the whole thing is an absolute nonsense!
In addition it is not clear that an additional fee is added to the room price for a dog....i don't object to the fee ....i just don't expect it to be a surprise at check in.

The addition of a bath to the room was great. Also the super comfy bed.
