J ai apprécié l accueil personnel tŕes a l ecoute souriant. La propreté chambre spacieuse l hôtel est bien situé tout pres d une station de métro

Comme on était en famille j aurais aimé avoir des chambres avec des lits séparés. J ai réservé deux chambres pour 4 personnes. La chambre était équipée d un grand lit et un canapé lit sans couette

Value for money awesome hotel
Pros:

Strategic location , walking distance to LRT/MRT station very convenient to move around the city. Spacious and clean room with comfortable mattress. Awesome variety of breakfast choices.
Friendly staff from front desk till the housekeeping.

Cons:

The elevator from basement parking to the hotel lobby was out of service.
The RM10 per day parking fees should be waived for the hotel guest.

A comfortable stay.
Pros:

Clean room & linen. We were happy to see an iron & ironing board provided.

Cons:

A full payment plus deposit upon check in the hotel. I was expecting only cash deposit upon check in as I used to experience in other hotels so far.
