Everything !! From it s excellent customer service to it s facilities...needless to say , I had a fabulous time staying at Mariott Kl, my request for a late check out was granted without hesitation, couldn't make it for breakfast and they took the effort to literally packed breakfast delivered it to the room, this kind of service is above par excellence , being a frequent hotel patron in a 4 and 5 stars hotels over the decades , I find this hotel by Mariott simply exceptional, keep up the great work guys, you are amazing!!

Nice except a little disappointment on deposit part.
Pros:

Clean,comfortable, room spacious, friendly and value for money.

Cons:

I was told the deposit takes 1 to 2 weeks to refund through the pre-charged credit card. This means the holiday story has not finished yet after leaving KL as I need to check credit card statement on the refund part.

My stay was pleasant.The service crew at breakfast area were very accommodating and helpful.
