Best Western Plus GranTree Inn

We were traveling on a road trip through five different U.S. states, staying at a number of hotels along the way, and the Best Western Plus in Bozeman truly stood out as one of the highlights of our trip.

Most importantly, we want to give a very special shout-out to Gen. Gen was, without a doubt, the friendliest, most helpful, and most accommodating employee we encountered during our entire five-state road trip. He went far beyond what we expected, was incredibly attentive, gave us great tips and recommendations, and genuinely made us feel welcome. His exceptional service and attitude made a lasting impression on us. Gen is absolutely fantastic and a real asset to this hotel!

The hotel itself also exceeded our expectations. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for the three of us, especially since we were flying out of Bozeman and needed some extra space to organize and pack our things before our flight. We really appreciated being able to do that comfortably.

We also loved the unique atmosphere and overall character of the hotel. It had a great feel to it and made our stay especially enjoyable.

There was absolutely nothing for us to complain about. Plenty of parking, a great pool, and excellent overall service. We also really enjoyed the attached tavern downstairs. It had a fantastic atmosphere, and we were happy to spend our evenings there. The staff there were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

Overall, the hotel was even better than we had expected, and our experience was truly memorable. If we return to Bozeman, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

And once again, a huge thank-you to Gen! You were genuinely outstanding and by far one of the most friendly and helpful people we met during our entire trip. Your service made a real difference.

Five stars without a doubt!

Loved the hot tube after a day of traveling. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were very pleased with the Best Western Grantree Inn. It's in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant was great. We liked the lower rates compared to other hotels and breakfast wasn't included which gave us options to check out local restaurants for breakfast. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

The bar was nice

Rooms were nice and big. AC and dark out curtain were needed and worked well. Seperate area for the sink and mini fridge and microwave was nice an big. Pool and spa area was great. Hot tub was nice after hiking. The casino was fun and staff was very friendly. Location was a short drive to downtown Bozeman and the Museum and airport.

The night staff was great, so was the morning staff. The room is huge and feels new. The king bed was comfy though I prefer a really hard mattress. I arrived almost at midnight and left before 7 am, so I couldn't observe much, but I think it the hotel including the room was clean.

Check in was smooth and friendly. I called front desk once and they were kind.

The location was good.

Restaurant was closed the first day of our stay. Workers were stripping wallpaper in the corridors creating a great deal of dust. TV failed to work several times. It's unusual these days to not have breakfast things available at no additional cost, but there was nothing. The day the restaurant was closed there were bananas, and mandarins available but they were gone as soon as the restaurant opened. We were given the same room as one of our friends, which created a bit of confusion, but we got it sorted out. The banquet food was less than what one would normally expect at an event this size. What was provided as hors d'oeuvres was really no more than a relish tray. There was no manager available until 3:00PM. There were birds nesting above the parking which created a mess on the cars that had to be cleaned up more than even once a day.

It was undergoing some renovations during my stay but it was quiet and clean. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and they have room service if you want. The pool area was very nice and clean as was the fitness room. Guest laundry was available which I did use. 2.00 to wash and 1.50 for the dryer which runs for 99 minutes! They have a shuttle which will take you anywhere in town and drop you off for shopping etc and come back to pick you up when you call. This was very nice as I had no vehicle and had to spend 2 nights until my flight left. Shuttle is free to airport and in town. I tipped the driver. It was a very pleasant place and the people and staff were very accommodating.
