a servicio. No había agua en la habitación y, al llamar a recepción, la única solución que ofrecieron fue que yo mismo bajara al lobby a buscarla. Noisy location
The male front desk clerk was demeaning to me when I checked in.
He suggested not to use booking . Com and made a disparaging remark about not being able to change my booking.
Not friendly receptionists especially the male one on 5/11/26 day shift. He looked irritated, not smiling. No thank you's. We were checking out. Like we were inconveniencing him.
The hostile staff. You guys can do so much better.
