Liked the breakfast.
Liked the pool and games room.
Liked the bed.
Shabby lamps
Dust in room.
No fridge in deluxe room.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable so had to ask for another quilt.
Not a lot of staff.
No room service available.
Stayed here quite a few times and noticed standards have dropped.
No plug sockets next to bed for cpap machine.
Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and warm, very clean, spacious lockers. The sauna and steam room were great too. Towels were provided so we didn't need to use the ones we'd brought with us.
Location - A bit too far out of Stratford-upon-Avon
Very helpful staff. Excellent meal in the restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice spa area. Lots of space for parking. Good clean comfortable rooms.
Location to our venue
The fire alarm going off at 6am. I booked a large bed, my partner is 6’6” but it was a double, the bath was rusty.
Good breakfast. Good size bedrooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. On bus route to Stratford upon Avon.
1st bedroom was near main road and noisy. Able to change to a quiet room although 1st told no other bedroom available.
Swiming pool
No fridge
That the pool was warm, it’s so rare and it was lovely. Breakfast was enjoyable and the room was spacious and clean. Hotel was good with communication.
Communication. The pool and how lovely staff were.
We enjoyed the games room and how spacious the reception was. Nice atmosphere around the hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good with A LOT of choice. Eggs could have been warmer though. The pool was warm on Saturday, not so much on Sunday. I loved the steam room as it worked well.
I didn't like the pool changing room. People can walk in with shoes, so by mid morning on Sunday (when there are children swimming lessons) it was pretty muddy. The sofa bed in the room was fine, but I would not put a heavier/older child on it. Seemed pretty flimsy to me.
The best location to the party we were going too
The hotel is in a lovely area! Our room was clean and spacious, and the spa facilities were fantastic. A huge thank you to Maisy for my back and leg massage - she was utterly fantastic, and I felt very relaxed afterwards.
Great breakfast team Zoe, David & Laura
Nothing to much trouble
Great hotel and facilities who highly recommend and will definitely be staying again

Most of it. Great location.
A very pleasant hotel with friendly helpful staff
Comfortable beds and bath and shower
Lighting in rooms is poor
No fridge
Staff were lovely. Great location.
Bed was so uncomfortable my partner and I woke up in pain. The milk curdled in our coffee when we made one in the morning.
Lots of facilities
Lovely breakfast, catered well for Ceiliac and Ceiliac and lactose free
Opening hours of gym and pool could be earlier and later
I needed a couple of days away and this was just the perfect solution for me. I booked the 2-night stay with spa package and 2 dinners and breakfasts included and I was not disappointed. I was welcomed with smiles all round and treated with respect the whole time, I honestly could not have been treated any better.
Right from the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble - my dairy-free milk alternative was brought to my room (on more than one occasion); David (in the restaurant) made sure the kitchen took note of my lactose intolerance and they did and made some items differently for me - the food was incredible by the way; the breakfast server (sorry, did not get her name) was very smiley and welcoming and went over and above to get me a jug of my lactose-free milk, so I was not inconvenienced at all; and finally Ellie in the spa was wonderful - for one so young, she was incredibly knowledgable, skilled and professional and a pleasure to talk to and her massage/facial was amazing!
The bedroom was a little tired and could do with a refurb, as could some of the main areas, but the people were fantastic and I felt spoilt and very well looked after, which is what I needed. Thank you all! :-)
