Pros:

We liked everything. We had been on a cruise from Southampton and this location was half way home. So perfect for our drive home.
We didnt use the pool as we were there for one night.
Our room was lovely and clean and comfortable.
Food in the bar and breakfast in the dining room were both lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Room nothing special, go for the facilities
Pros:

Staff were amazing, breakfast was really great. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Room was not great for the price. Not too different to a premier Inn. Coffee in the room was in sachets and bathroom had seen better days. Could hear people in next room shouting. Think you are really paying for the sauna, but we didn't have time to try it unfortunately.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming

Cons:

Room was cold.
Restaurant - food was good and service exceptional.
Our friend's lamb was raw ( she asked for it to be served pink) and veg were not cooked. She was given an alternative meal, which was good.
However no coffee was available at end of meal - coffee machine had been cleaned!
It was unacceptable that the 2 young staff were left to deal with this (which they did exceptionally well) with no sign of any manager to sort this out.

Probably wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Pool area was really nice and open until late and staff was super friendly:)

Cons:

Was given room right by stairs so heard people coming through doors continuously, walls are paper thin and could hear people in the room next door, room didn’t smell great when we arrived and shower quality wasn’t good.

Pros:

Location was fine. Staff were nice.

Cons:

The TV in the room kept flashing bright lights randomly at night, which was very disconcerting. I didn't like that the downstairs windows opened so far and opened straight onto a path.
