駅から近く、街中までもすぐに行けるロケーションで、とても便利でした。
It is located close to the station and to the city centre. It was easy to travel from the hotel.

ここで働かれているスタッフの皆様は、とても丁寧でした。特にMadihaという方がいつも笑顔で 作業ではなく丁寧に対応してくれました。
I’m not sure if I should not mention the staff’s name here but Madiha is the lovely person at the reception. Thanks to her, I really satisfied with staying. It was my third time to use hoteks by Hilton. All the time, the service at Hilton is great!

Cons:

Surprisingly good - not really anything to fault!
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon, big car park, really friendly, efficient staff, food was good and the rooms are massive compared to more modern, poky town centre options. The decor isn't super modern, but everything's really clean (and the bathrooms ARE updated) and I'll take the slightly older vibe for the huge space.
Really a pleasant surprise for a night working away from home.

Very relaxing experience
Pros:

Great location to Stratford town centre and many of the Shakespeare centres.
Decent dinner and good breakfast. Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

The bed was just ok though a bit narrow.
The corridors and bedrooms were a bit dated but the public rooms were modern and airy.

Pleasant and well presented hotel. Clean and comfy room, very comfy beds. Fluffy towels and lovely shampoo and soap.
Very calm and quiet building, great night's sleep.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but would have liked choice of scrambled eggs one day as fried eggs had been standing a while and were cold and hard.

My Stay for NJT
Pros:

It was a superb hotel with fantastic staff. The room was excellent and the hotel had a fantastic location. The outside gardens were magnificent and it allowed you to relax and didn’t need to walk into town.

Cons:

Maybe the breakfast was not quite the quality I expected. I had slightly over cooked bacon and eggs.
