De ontvangst was erg zakelijk; de kamer met een tweepersoonsbed is een stuk kleiner dan die met 2 losse bedden; de matras is redelijk hard en douchen in het bad is erg smal en niet comfortabel voor mensen met rugklachten en/of oudere mensen

We were placed right at the top and when we came back the electricity wasn’t working. It was very hot and since we came back in the dark it was a bit of a nuisance. Not what I would expect. The breakfast quality was terrible, eggs were like rubber and didn’t enjoy it.

Fantastic location with very comfortable rooms and common areas. The staff were both friendly and helpful.
Location excellent, breakfast and dinner were great . The hotel is in a great location with only a few minutes to walk into town. Our room was very comfortable.
Location close to old Stratford centre. EV charging overnight in car park. Great breakfast. 12pm checkout.
Registration for WiFi connection wasn't working but Reception helpfully provided a workaround.
We travelled with a dog and stayed in a hotel for the first time to break our 7 hour long journey. From the minute we arrived until the moment we left the staff were so polite and helpful. I loved the quiet room on the ground floor away from everything and the dog was not disturbed at all. The card on the outside of our door advising people there was a dog present was a great touch. We are already considering our next visit on our way from the Northwest down south to Portsmouth.
There was nothing we did not like. Maybe a smaller additional charge for the dog but that is just minor.

We had an issue with connecting our baby monitor and was told ‘do you expect us to change the entire global policy just for you?’ Unacceptable
The next day we were given a 50% reduction, but the customer service was terrible
