No water at all for 2 hours. Had been warned there would be no HOT water.

The staff were friendly and helpful, location ideal. We've stayed here before and will definitely come back. The parking is very useful and it feels very calm and relaxing.

The staff were all very friendly. Our room was roomy, comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The location was ideal for us. The hotel is very close to the station and buses and only a short walk from the town.
The tea making station was in an inconvenient position. You had to have a cupboard door open to use it. This then made it difficult to access the bathroom, wardrobes and main room door. It was difficult to regulate the heating/air conditioning. We seemed to have a room that was too cold or too hot.
Well placed and only a short walk into Stratford upon Avon.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes (pero lo suficientemente distante) y a 10 minutos de todos los lugares turísticos. La habitación es amplia y cuenta con todo lo necesario: TV, plancha, secador, etc. El baño tiene tina, pero es amplio. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal es muy amable.
No se pueden abrir las ventanas y es difícil ventilar la habitación.
